Most medical facilities struggle to keep good reviews because lack of staffing cause long wait times and quick interactions. Secondly, I was shocked that the urgent care wasn't extremely busy and that I was brought into the back within 15 minutes of my arrival. Thirdly, I was so so IMPRESSED with how kind, and just happy my doctor was. I don't meet too many doctors who really strike a cord with me, but DR.KERR was genuinely just such a nice doctor. I was seen for a kidney infection, I knew the symptoms, had experienced them a year before, after a quick urine test he agreed. He said he'd prescribe a tablet to take once a day for 10 days, if I experienced fever to go to the ER. I asked if he knew how fast the CVS right next door would possibly fill that prescription (dumb question-that isn't something most doctors are really going to know, but I have word vomit sometimes) and he said it could take anywhere from an hour to longer. He asked if I ever used them before and I said no. He then said he wanted to give me an antibiotic shot that would at least cover me for 24 hours in case they didn't get the prescription filled that night, which was AMAZING. He didn't have to do that at all. I am so thankful that he did, though. CVS didn't get the prescription filled until late. I went to bed in a lot of pain due to the kidney infection, but that shot did it's job and by this morning I am as good as new!!!!! I'm still going to grab my prescription after work today, because following the treatment plan all the way through is how it gets fixed and doesn't just flare back up in a couple days, but I cannot express how fantastic Dr. Kerr and really ALL of the staff was.

I wait over an hour plus and still no one has called me, people who are arriving after me are getting their name called and being seen. So I go up and talk with a different receptionist and she asked if I've talked to anyone once I arrived. I answered "yes" and she proceeds to hand me papers to "check me in". I asked her if this was paper work that I've should have filled out upon arrival and she answers "yes". The quality of care and attention to detail is poor at this office, I should not nor anyone else for that matter be overlooked for care because a receptionist failed to follow procedure. I really liked him but he left and probably to a better situation. They gave me a new doctor in that office and after seeing her once they informed me she left and canceled any further appointments. I currently have no general care doctor. I still get emails saying I should have certain preventative care procedures done and that they care about my health. I know they care nothing about my health and these are just computer generated messages to try to make money. Also, the office staff are not polite and seem to lack some common sense.

I went on their website to order some refill. The Fresno medical offices was out of stock of my child's medication. I notified his doctor right away. His staff contacted me via telephone to inform me that I was able to pick it up at an another Kaiser Medical location. They called the Clovis offices and they had the medication in stock for my child. I was able to pick it up the same day I appreciated the staff member of that called me and assisted me by locating a Kaiser pharmacy that has my child's medication in stock overall as highly please with the customer experience I received from the Kaiser staff. The quality of care was excellent.

We both found him to be very professional, caring and explained what he was doing and the need to have a complete ultrasound of his feet. The office staff was also professional, caring and was able to get my son an appointment for the ultrasound at their Clovis location. We would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a cardiologist in the Fresno area. PS: the traffic coming in from Los Banos at 12Noon was not bad and the traffic on E. Herndon ran smooth.

They were kind, courteous and walked me through every single step from what the process entails, to what it feels like, the duration of time it was expected to take, and more. At the end, I asked one question which to my surprise was thoroughly answered, complete with a little demonstration of what the images mean, how they see them and what is normal vs. not. The only parts I didn't like? I was called ahead of time to pre pay for my 'patient responsibility' portion (a hefty amount) and I thought it was a scam at first. I asked if I could pay when I got there and they said no because of efficiency when I arrived. (sounded suspicious, but it was completely accurate) the other was parking. It seems it might be difficult to find parking sometimes, but what's nice is they have someone driving around that can take you from your car to your destination and back!
