I know why I'm there I don't need the entire room to know, thank you for not respecting my privacy :( Note: Your MA needs to be more responsible, this is unacceptable and embarrassing for a medical office. I had to request a day ofd from work for this appointment, otherwise I would have walked out. If I was an hour late to my appt I'ld be denied the visit and charged a fee. No respect for patients' time. You must have forgot... patients and our insurance companies are the ones paying your bills and salary. Hypocritical treatment, disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Unfortunately, I was transferred back and forth between departments 2-3 times and had difficulty getting a clear answer. At one point, the call was even disconnected/hung up. I understand that hospitals can be busy, but communication and customer service should be much better, especially for something as important as delivery and labor registration. As a large hospital, there should be a clearer process and better communication between departments so patients are not left confused or frustrated. I hope the hospital can improve this process and provide better support for expecting mothers who need assistance with preregistration.

I was referred by my NP and scheduling called the next day and was able to set up an appointment with me the following weekday. I was so happy with their quick service. Wish I had known about this location since it's closer to me. My appointment was at 5pm but I was told to arrive 30mins prior to my appointment. I did all the pre-assessment/ check in on MyChart days before my appointment. I arrived at the building around 4:18pm there was a lady before me and it took a while to get me checked in only because the lady before me did not do her pre-screening questions on the app so the front desk was asking her all the questions. l waited about 10mins to get checked in. Unlike the Palm Location this place only had one receptionist and the phones were constantly ringing too. Not sure if it's because it's the end of the day or they are short staffed but they definitely need a 2nd person to assist to avoid long check in times. After checking in I sat in their waiting area, 5mins later they called me back and my sonographer was really nice. She was quick I was done and out of the building 5mins later. This place is clean, plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend downloading mychart app to do an e-check in prior to arriving to your appointment to avoid the long waits and it also helps the staff. Dr. Golden's office also offers some unique transfusions that will increase your energy levels mental focus and overall health. Daisy is excellent with her IV skills. I always look forward to my visits and the MAs are always attentive and fantastic with their medication injections. His office staff has been with him for many years, and that tells you what kind of pleasant and wonderful man he is to work for because most physicians offices have high turnover. Dr Golden's front office staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. If they don't have an answer, they will find a resource or referral and get back to you within a reasonable amount of time. For more than 30 years , I've never had a problem with billing and if there is an issue with my insurance company, the Billing office has always advocated for me and my husband and worked things out even when there was a time I had to be a cash patient. He noticed something the others didn't and implanted a monitor in my chest. Two weeks later he showed me at 26 bpm at times and a just generally unstable heart rate. A few more tests and he's implanting a pacemaker. This guy quite literally saved my life. Not just as like dead life, but before he found my problem I'd gone in a couple months from an active outdoors guy to a zero energy couch potato. I'd lost my living and joy of same. He just (Oct 22) replaced the generator after 10 years. No sweat. I cannot forget his front staff, Veronica and Blanca. Always pleasant and on mark. Two just really kind, caring people who are consistently a joy to deal with. And they always laugh at my jokes too... If you're looking for a cardiologist your search has ended. After my first doctor retired they moved me to a new doctor. I was on a schedule to see them every year for general care. The first doctor they moved me to I saw for 2 years. I really liked him but he left and probably to a better situation. They gave me a new doctor in that office and after seeing her once they informed me she left and canceled any further appointments. I currently have no general care doctor. I still get emails saying I should have certain preventative care procedures done and that they care about my health. I know they care nothing about my health and these are just computer generated messages to try to make money. Also, the office staff are not polite and seem to lack some common sense.
