Not trustworthy. New to BC and submitted 7 years of out-of-province driver abstracts. Was told by…read moretheir agent that if I had more from other states I could submit it and my insurance would be "in the range of $1,000/year cheaper". When I submitted an additional 15 years (max credit for driving record), was told I'd have to a) "try again next year" or b) cancel my policy and reissue at a cost of over $50. I quit them less than a month into my policy. They'd broken my trust. Can't trust them to give me proper guidance when they're happy to levy fees against me for their misguidance. I understand that ICBC is the one the money goes to but I'd expect more assistance helping to navigate as a new-to-the-province resident. Would never recommend.
