Just as the "Business" description describes, text a picture and Berto replies in a quick time frame. We only utilized his service 1 time, so I don't know about his pricing for other services, but he gave a very reasonable quote for hauling away my dirt. My housemates and I had recently updated our backyard, and we had a lot of dirt to haul away. He offered an additional small fee and he would load the dirt up by himself. Like fools our housemates thought we could do it ourselves. A few minutes into us attempting to load the dirt up, Berto quickly (I am assuming he felt sad for us struggling) offered his assistance without talking about money. Job was done and Berto only accepted the original quote price. I gave him an extra tip for his honest act. I highly recommend his service.
