With the number of negative experiences we've had with service professionals in various industries, it is an enormous blessing to document a wonderful experience, rather than a hard one. Alberto was both professional and friendly throughout the experience, from the point I called until the time he drove away. I reached out to Alberto on Sunday and left a voicemail. He returned the phone call within forty five minutes. I explained that I was requesting a jacuzzi removal and that I also had some other things I'd like taken care of, depending on the budget. Alberto asked about my budget, so I mentioned prices quoted by other local companies for the removal. Alberto agreed to match the lower price-- including the extra stuff (space provided). We scheduled an appointment for two days out, and Alberto was so kind as to accommodate my work schedule. He willingly agreed to a 5pm appointment, without charging overtime for an evening job. Day of, Alberto reached out to confirm our meeting. He and his co-worker arrived punctually, just a few minutes early-- which was perfect. Because I was freshly home from work, I hadn't quite cleared the path. Alberto helped me with that, as well. Then I showed him which items I was hoping to have removed, in addition to the jacuzzi. Alberto and his co-worker were extremely efficient. After what was likely a full day of work, and on a day with a triple-digit high temperature, the two worked quickly to dismantle and remove the spa. My mom and I watched the fascinating process (beginning with tearing apart the planks, before sawing through the fiber glass), and I was especially impressed with how well they coordinated their efforts to get the job done. For the price they were charging, we wouldn't have been bothered if they at least left the debris us to sweep up. However, they not only removed all debris, but even blew away the dust on the patio and the concrete path! Then they got to work on the additional elements I'd asked them to remove. The team went WAY above and beyond, on this part of the job as well. While Alberto could have claimed he ran out of storage so that he could increase the price, he acted with the integrity. The men not only removed the additional large pieces I requested, but also got rid of some miscellaneous junk on the patio, side yard and in front of the garage. The side yard has been a mess for quite awhile, and I'd been planning to deal with these things, myself. Max Power Junk Removal also cleans out homes that are being sold, so and they demonstrated that willingness to really clean up, today. For the jacuzzi clean up alone, my mom and I were expecting several hours of labor. Max Power Junk removed the jacuzzi, cleaned up from the removal, and tackled the junk in front of the garage and on the side yard... all in the space of 1 and a half hours. Talk about turbo speed! We saw Alberto's coworker literally running to get the job done-- on a triple digit day! This was a fantastic experience. Alberto says that he also does handyman services, and is willing to learn new skills. I absolutely anticipate calling Max Power Junk Removal, in the future. read more
