We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. We have also asked him to do smaller projects, like replacing broken sprinkler heads, which he has done promptly, cheerfully, and at a very reasonable cost. Every time Carlos finishes his work, I think, wow, this guy does such a great job, I should go write a Yelp review. Well, finally, here it is! Carlos Garcia is amazing. These guys were great! I had 2 beds and frames in a second story apartment. In the process of moving I forgot to keep some tools to break down the frames so they could haul them out. These guys had tools and got that thing out of there in under 15 minutes and the price was excellent. Would 100% hire these guys again. read more

No response. Emailed. No response. In some of the text conversations he called me Bob....that's not my name so he must not know who his customers are and where they live. The email with this conversation was a reply to the invoice he sent for a previous service so he should have known who he was communicating with! Oh, BTW, it is extremely difficult to pay in cash. He prefers paying digitally (Venmo, Paypal, etc). I am not one who likes this as we have been hacked through these accounts and prefer to NOT expose my banking information...too easy for it to end up on the dark web and scammer sites. BASIC POINT/COMPLAINT~~UNRELIABLE. If I have to pay a little more to get good reliable, professional service, then so be it.
