The wait is actually ridiculous. I've been coming to appointments for about 4 months now and each time I wait at LEAST an hour before being seen. My first appointment.. 3 hours long. I was probably seen for about 30 minutes in total.. this is very unprofessional especially because I'm sure most moms are either having to pay for a baby sitter during this time or also have a job to get to. It just shows they don't really care about their patients. I feel as though I'm authorized to say this because my prior OB (in another city but just as busy) never took more than 30 minutes, maybe an hour max. I had always received amazing treatment and he delivered my first with no issues. Additionally, I myself manage a medical office and I make sure the patients get in & out as soon as possible. That being said, treatment and appointments can be done without taking 1-3 hours to see your patient. Additionally, there was ONE day where my babysitter fell through. I decided to take my child with me to my appointment, which my child's behavior was actually very good for having to wait so long. I tried to call ahead of time but since my appointment was first thing in the morning, they had not been open yet. As I was leaving, the front desk lady asked me to give them a call to ask next time if I need to bring my child. I explained that I had tried but they were not open yet and it was last minute. She just repeated herself and said thank you.. I was honestly caught off guard. I don't really understand how you can be in OB care but not allow mothers to bring their children if they have no other choice. It's just so weird to me. I understand having a small waiting room, but it also seems that they over schedule anyways since it takes a minimum of an hour to be seen. Again, I'm just so shocked and disappointed in this practice. I wish I could do no stars but since there has to be the one, I'd say that goes to their ultrasound tech Trinity. Doctor Ana-Liza Pascual is an awful OBGYN. It is sad and disheartening how she treats her patients and the lack of care and consideration she has especially since she is an OB. Every appointment she's enters the room and tries to be in and out as soon as possible. She is not attentive or present at all. She goes 100 words a minute and rushes out. I delivered with her in November at Clovis community hospital and like other reviews I saw, she does try to rush everything just so she could get the job done, not having the best interest of her patients, only herself! Multiple RNS warned me about how she would be and everything was true. A woman's delivery is a serious and special matter but with her as your OB she certainly makes the entire experience unpleasant, rushed, and just all around terrible. During my delivery it seemed like all she did was treat the RNs, my partner, and mother poorly. She was trying to do things we specifically didn't want during the delivery, so be aware of that! read more

I'm not sure which doctor I had before but she was nice and kind the last time I saw her but when I had to do a fallow up they changed the doctors. Doctor Victor wasn't the ideal doctor that I would want but it seemed like he wanted to rush appointments and also seemed to be unsympathetic. Then when I told him about my ER visit and what the doctors told me there he basically laughed at me and told me that they aren't obs which I understand but there's was no need for him to laugh. I enjoyed seeing Dr. Nicole, she keeps things interesting. However, i had to take my son to one of my appts because i had no one to watch him and all it was was for an injection, not a pap or anything, and almost had to reschedule because he was with me. For an OBGYN office, youd think theyd understand if you had to bring your kids. They did give me my injection however, but its kind of messed up for women who dont have a sitter not be able to receive care because of this. People dont know other peoples situations. Will definitely be transferring my care elsewhere. read more

Horrible experience they do not allow anyone except the patient. They did not call to confirm appointment and no where did they mention only the patient is allowed it was a hot summer day of 103 with my 3 year old they made us wait outside if not they would cancel my mother's appointment. Dr Pascual and her MA are so amazing! Always so caring and welcoming. I went there for both of my pregnancies. I never had any complaints.

The doctors are awesome during office visits, but the staff is subpar. There's no follow up or accountability. They aren't willing to see things through to completion which is surprising considering they provide medical care. Getting ahold of the office manager to discuss your concerns is almost impossible. Messages are not returned by either the staff or the doctors. I understand they're likely a busy office, but either hire more staff, train better, or maybe don't take on so many patients if the staff is unable to service the patients they currently have. read more

I would never recommend this drs office to anyone! By far the worst experience in my life. The receptionist are rude and the drs don't seem to care about you, at one point I expressed that I was feeling depressed during my pregnancy and the dr said it's not his problem to contact my insurance provider.My wait time in the waiting room is usually 45mins to hour long but my actual visit is five mins. You really can't get any questions or concerns answered in addition to that I never had the opportunity to ask them about my option/plan during delivery (thankfully the L&D nurses were amazing and helped me). They didn't have any available appt during my last month of pregnancy I only seen them once at 37weeks then my daughter was born at 39w 4d. They don't do appts ahead of time (such as two months in advance) Support partners are still not allowed in the office due to covid. read more

doctor dhami and nicole are so very awesome. i had all my appointments with dr.dhami and he was so helpful and listened to all my concerns! i just went into labor recently and had doctor nicole deliver me, my experience was awesome, as a first time mom and only pushing for 40 mins in no pain was everything i could've asked for . read more

If you plan on going to this place don't have Dr Dhami! He is rude, and doesn't give a shit about your birthing goals or you! Especially if you want a VBAC! He'll tell you in the beginning he'll let you try and have you wait up to 40 weeks but if you don't have the baby then you're scheduled for a csection. When the time came for me, I was only on active labor for 4 hrs and he told me if i don't dilute pass 5cm in a couple of hours then he's going to do a csection. I felt hopeless and forced into the csection as he kept pushing me into a csection. After my csection I couldn't even look at him because I knew that night he had performed several csection and I felt as if I was just another body cut up open so he can take my money! God knows he did wrong and was unethical!! read more

I was very happy as a patient here for years seen for regular paps and felt like things were going well my first few appointments since I became pregnant. That is until I got Covid in January at 5 months pregnant. I thankfully had a mild case and called the exchange on the day I was feeling the worst which was a Sunday to get information on what signs to look out for in terms of oxygen level and heart rate on when/if I needed to go into ER should it have gotten worse (I have history of asthma and take heart medication). I was disappointed in the responses I got and all it did was give me more anxiety because my Dr. just kept reiterating that pregnant women go downhill with Covid fast rather than answering my questions. I didn't feel comfortable with sticking with this Dr. after that experience so asked around and got referred to another office to which they told me they needed the Dr. to see my records before accepting me as a patient which was understandable. I filled out the medical records request form at the new Dr office to which they said it would take a couple of weeks to hear back. I had my glucose test scheduled at CVOBGYN already on 2/3 and figured I would keep that appt since it would probably be a while before I could actually schedule with the new doctor. The day before this appointment I called to confirm because I didn't receive a text and asked for instructions for the glucose test (my first pregnancy) to which the receptionist said I cancelled my appointment. I never called to cancel and told her that. She then changed and said well it looks like another OB requested your records...I said okay? And what does that have to do with my appointment, she said well since your seeing another OB we cancelled your appointment and closed out your file. I explained to her that I haven't even been accepted as a patient there yet...so do you automatically cancel and close out every patients file when there is a simple request for medical information?! Not only that, if that is the case, how about calling the patient and letting them know THE OFFICE would cancel the appointment just because another office requested my records. I asked what am I supposed to do at almost 6 months pregnant if this new Dr won't accept me as a patient?? She responded there was nothing she could do and said I could never be seen through that office or group ever again because my file is closed and they can't do anything about it. So at 6 months pregnant I was tossed out as a patient with no communication about my appointments going forward or heads up about it....thankfully the other office accepted me and has been more than accommodating to get me in asap since I have not been seen in almost 2 months by an OB (I am now almost 7 months). I would recommend anyone who is looking to go to another office regardless of who it is, do not have another office request your medical records from here...pay the fee to pick up a copy of your records yourself and don't disclose why you need them otherwise all of your appointments will be cancelled and account closed with no communication whatsoever. I was an existing patient before getting pregnant and when I called to schedule my first appointment the soonest they could get me in was 4 weeks from when I called so you'd think they know how difficult it is to get into a new office and would have some courtesy to make patients aware that if they look for another office they will be left on their own....serious lack of communication, disregard for patients, front desk staff couldn't care less read more

I absolutely love Dr. Dhami, he does talk really fast but he always answers questions and genuinely seems to care. Sometimes the office staff seems rushed but if you ask they will take their time to help you and never have attitude. Personally I've never waited too long. If it's not busy I get seen within 25 minutes. On days where its packed 45 minutes but that's understandable. read more

I had an appointment with Dr. Nicole for today, made months ago and this was the soonest I could be seen. Luckily I called in to confirm my appointment (after many failed attempts yesterday of them being on the exchange) I got through this morning at 8:34 (not a minute before and placed on a significant hold) then I was informed that although I have a scheduled appointment Dr. Nicole is not in today and I would have been turned away. I made arrangements in my schedule to ensure availability for this appointment and it's somewhat urgent. She proceeded to lie and state that they had tried calling me, I have NO missed calls and NO voicemails (I confirmed my phone number) or any updates or emails in my chart... I see in a previous review this is not a new issue with their staff. To not be pushed back another entire month from my scheduled appointment with a specific provider I am now seeing a different doctor in a week. I feel very disregarded and thrown around when this is a very needed/urgent appointment my primary almost did but was waiting for Dr. Nicole to see me. I hope management reviews this feedback and addresses the negligence... I am still hopeful that the provider will be good and I will have a positive experience. I will update my review accordingly. Right now I'm beyond upset with the inconsiderate manner in which I have been treated as a new patient. read more

This review is of the front desk personnel. Before I called to schedule my appointment, I gave them my insurance information and the office assured me that they took my insurance. Today I show up for my appointment and am told that they tried to call me to let me know that they don't take my insurance but I have no missed calls or voicemails or texts of the sort. They could have even reached out to me through MyChart if it really was a phone issue. I had to take time off of work to schedule this appointment and it's very frustrating to be told the day of that I would not be able to be seen. I know these are challenging times but I scheduled this appointment 1 month ago and it's unfortunate that they waited until the day before to try and reach out to me about a major issue. Also why make me fill out paperwork when I arrived if you had me flagged as a patient whose insurance you could not accept. I hope in the future the process becomes more streamlined so others don't have their time wasted like mine was today. read more

The doctors at this office are amazing. I mainly seen Dr Thomas when I was pregnant, he is a great doctor. I was sad he was on vacation during my delivery but Dr Dhami was on call and he was amazing. A couple times I seen Dr Nicole and Kim N.P for follow ups and I really liked them too. I would definitely recommend this office. I LOVE Julie Nicole I will always give her 5 or more stars she's so attentive, she listens, and she knows exactly what she is doing I've had her for my other pregnancies as well and she has always been a great OB!! I also have seen Dr Pascual as well and she was just as attentive and on time. Unfortunately today I wanted news and to talk about the stuff that has been feeling really wrong during this pregnancy and I missed my appointment this morning with her but was eager to know what was going on and if it could be related to the high risk conditions I have. I saw Dr Victor Morales today and he was such a dick asked me questions and then interrupted me and assumed he knew what he was talking about obviously he hadn't read my chart and definitely did not show the level of care I had expected. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND MORALES AT ALL. Not to mention I also waited over 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment for him to give me nothing but 5 minutes of his time. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Jeffrey Thomas since 2008. He is the most caring doctor I have ever had. He has helped me with some major issues that I have not been able to have addressed by any other ob/gyn. He always explains everything to me thoroughly. I have never had a long wait time before seeing him. I have recommended him to about a dozen of my friends & all of them are pleased with him. read more

I am 20 weeks pregnant and feel as though they do not care about me or my baby. The nursing staff is always rude and always rushes me through a weigh in, then urine sample process and is in such a rush, that they do not even let the scale stop moving before telling me to get off and go leave a urine sample. By the time I go to leave my sample in the cubby, there are always at least 2 or 3 other samples that have been sitting there for God knows how long, so I have to try to squeeze mine in there along with the others. My last dr visit, I was moved into a room within 15 minutes, then sat a while hour in the room before being seen by my Dr, who then moved me out in 5 minute. This is my 4th pregnancy and I have never been treated like I'm on some conveyer belt before. They have scheduled me for only 1 ultrasound so far and it took them 2 months to even get me into that one. I'm always on the verge of tears by the time I leave and hope no one else has to go through the same thing. read more
