Even on busy days they are still in great spirits and do the best they can to hurry and help people without making you feel rushed. For the holiday this year they have been sweet enough to set up a drink and cookie station in the store. The staff is extremely unknowledgeable about general and basic understanding of the SOPs - when the attendants reach out to the manager on duty (blond, younger) she spoke to them as if they were dumb. Extremely disrespectful to her staff. They were many guests in line waiting to be served as well, so this manager what not only disrespectful to the staff, but literally to the customers that were in the store as well. My recommendation is this store needs a very quick visit from the district or corporate manager to address.

Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I…read moream paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy
