Jesse responded to my request promptly, arranged a spot to meet so that we could briefly chat and exchange documents and then he went over and completed service with photo proof and also e-filed the proof of service helping me avoid another trip to court. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I hired Central Valley Process Servers to serve documents and e-file a proof of service for a scheduled court hearing. I paid the additional fee for the filing service and was specifically told by the owner, Jesse Moraga, that the proof of service had been filed on June 4, 2026 at 10:09 AM. I have the email confirming this and will be attaching it to this review. Relying on that representation, I appeared in court believing all required paperwork had been properly handled. To my surprise, the judge informed us that the proof of service was not properly before the court. We were forced to address the issue in open court, and the hearing was only able to proceed because opposing counsel agreed to continue the matter. Had opposing counsel objected, the consequences could have been far more serious and could have significantly impacted the case. What makes this even more concerning is that I relied on a statement that turned out to be false. I was specifically told the filing had been completed when it had not. This was not simply a matter of a document being filed late without anyone knowing. I was affirmatively advised that the filing had already been completed, which gave me every reason to believe there was nothing left to worry about before the hearing. The negligence alone was bad enough, but the response afterward was even more disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility, apologizing, or acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, I was met with excuses, blame shifting, and a dismissive attitude. The focus quickly became my frustration with the situation instead of the filing failure that caused it. Process servers handle important legal matters where deadlines and court filings matter. Clients hire them specifically to avoid mistakes like this. If a company is going to advertise professional process serving and e-filing services, then it should be held accountable when those services are not performed correctly. The proof of service was eventually filed, but only after the issue had already surfaced in court. In my opinion, that is unacceptable. The negligence, lack of accountability, and inaccurate information provided to me regarding the filing status are the reasons for this review. If I could give Jesse and his team 10 stars, I would! I needed to get a document from the local courthouse mailed to me in Ohio. I called Jesse on Friday and by Monday the documents were on their way. Great communication and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. read more

This service is a joke!!!! Not professional, nor reliable. Now he is threatening me and I will be making a police report. Read all of his text messages, please Because this is the type of service you're going receive! I paid for a service, but Jesse completely forgot about my case. I had to remind him about the forms I needed to file for court. I only knew about these forms because I was working with a professional paralegal. Without my paralegal help, I would have gone to court three hours away for nothing. This service only added more stress to an already stressful situation. Terrible service!!!!! read more

What a disaster company and entirely incoherent CEO whom I had my first hand experience with. WOW. I tried to reach this company; their published number does not work, so I sent them an email asking for a phone number where I can reach someone. Jesse, the CEO replied to my email, sent me a link to sign up as a client and also sent me a phone number. He also stated that he sent me a text to my number, which was confusing bc he could not even have my number at that point. I called the number Jesse provided and he answered. I introduced myself, referred to the email he sent to me and asked what number he had sent the text to bc I did not get any text and was not sure how he could have had my number. He started calling me "Katie" even though I told him twice that my name is not "Katie". He then proceeded to tell me about how his email to me referred to me being a client of the past and I told him I had never hired him. I clarified again my name, why I am calling and restated the details of the email he had sent to me. The entire time it felt like he was not all there and as if I was speaking to a badly coded AI. Then, all of the sudden he started touting that I should look for another service provider bc I am allegedly rude and had allegedly said that my name was "Katie". I am still baffled by this unprofessional demeanor his wild incoherent accusations. I always thought it is tough to scare away potential clients within the first few minutes but Jesse made that happen without any efforts. Just like that. UPDATE: After I had posted the above initial review I received another email from Jesse, stating that a staff of him had answered my call on his behalf and confused me with a "Katie" whom he had expected a call from. He also expressed regrets of how the call went and stated he "respects my decision to move forward". Further, he asked if he could "speak with me personally". I replied asking for a good time and his number to speak. I also explained that it was the man on the phone telling me to hire someone else and it was his decision that I should "move forward" not mine. Unfortunately, Jesse's "offer" turned out to be dishonest. He never replied, therefore we never talked. Instead, he left this unhinged and bizarre response here. I truly cannot comprehend how he even resulted to making up the lie that I allegedly said "I make more money than you, you better listen up." I at no point said this or anything similar. Maybe he confused names again or he knowingly, intelligently and willfully posts lies on Yelp. This is not sane. Not on any level. Along with the confusing rest of response stating "we" (as in 2 or more) 'said this or that' when I was only talking to one man only. At this point I suspect it might have been really him and not some staff as he claimed. Regarding his other assertions: of course I did not have a case number bc I am not even a client but a caller inquiring about services, pricing and his first email to me. Self-evidently, I did not expect him to know details of "the case" as there was no case existing. I did state my name clearly and numerous times while being called "Katie" regardless. And Jesse, as a matter of fact, misspelled my name repeatedly in his email to me. It is truly astonishing how he, in his second email, admitted that his staff (or maybe it was him..) confused me with a "Katie" and then swings a 180 and implies the complete opposite here on Yelp. This, combined with his alleged regret of how the initial call went and his proposal for us to speak, which turned out to be nothing but a disingenuous offer. He did not reply to my email inquiring again when we could speak. Instead, and to keep up his extraordinary level of incoherence, he posts these outlandish absurdities here on Yelp. This is outside the spectrum of rhyme, reason and rationale. Jesse claims a "focus on professionalism, clear communication, and a straightforward process that ensures every client is taken care of the right way" - ... I can personally testify that what I experienced as a first hand witness and what I can prove by documentation (his 3 emails to me & his conflicting response here), represents the direct opposite of his claims about his company. Surely I am glad for those folks who seemingly had a good experience with him. However, there will be those who will witness him acting in this dishonest, unhinged and shady way as he has done in my case. After all, people who have such lack of integrity and morals do repeat their conduct, simply due to human nature. My review here will be a heads up just to watch out. read more
