I asked him to find out the dates when the permits on a new construction were issued. He did provide it. He also spoke to a neighbor regarding occupancy of the property without having an occupancy permit. That's the extend of what I received for $1,000. I have sent texts and asked for a REFUND minus the little evidence I received. He doesn't respond. When the business sees this review, Joe has my phone number and address to send a refund.

I paid $4,000 for a locate tenants who destroyed my property and Paul promised this and that. Then the report he was working on it took approximately five months to be completed, with long periods of little to no communication. Because of the delay, I was later told I would need to pay additional fees to relocate the tenants again, which I found unreasonable since the delay was not on my end. While the report was eventually delivered, the timeline and lack of responsiveness made the overall experience frustrating and unjustly expensive (4k for a report, 1 interview and going with me to file a police report) I would strongly recommend going with another private detective. Oh well, life lesson learned.
