The number on the website was not in service, but I received a text follow-up where I made the reservation. I also sent a reservation request via e-mail. Via text, I was informed of the pick-up time/date, the flat rate, and confirmed we wanted to book the shuttle. They asked for my pick up address and name to confirm my reservation, which I did. I then also verified my pick-up time and date. The next morning, no shuttle arrived. I reached out to the company multiple times and they did not respond, while my sister became more and more nervous about missing her flight. Eventually, at 4:30am, I had to spend several hours driving my sister to YVR and then had to go to work in the morning on a couple hours' sleep. I still have not heard a peep from the company. Do not rely on this company if you're in a tight spot - better to pay $150 for a cab that actually arrives than $120 for a shuttle that will ghost you when you need them. The positive reviews are short and suspicious whereas the detailed reviews are stories like mine. Scam!

Bus arrived and departed timely, drivers carefully loaded and unloaded luggage from baggage area of coach. Drivers gave announcements along the drive. The seats were unexpectedly comfortable and the coach smelled clean. Tipped both directions. Lost one star for not having enough ride times available for the early morning December flight. We had to ride the night before and get a hotel room to accommodate the flight departure time. Hopefully this has improved. I'd be willing to pay a little more for "off" hours to help compensate for lower ridership, as it would likely still be cheaper than having to get a hotel room. Overall: a good experience. I've already recommended this airport to airport service to others and I plan to utilize again with future needs.

The drive to the airport was smooth (no traffic) except for the fact that he didn't exit on 87 for Clearbrook Road. He instead continued driving much further up towards the Sandman Hotel to exit on Fraser Hwy. The total cost was over $100! Sadly, I can help but think he took the longer route intentionally to get more money from the extra kilometres. I won't be using Cheam Taxi again and the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is for the friendly operator and the driver arriving 10 min early. FYI: Most people now a day have GPS on their smartphone. Please be honest with your customers because we can see what you're doing.

They claim there is a minimum $35 charge... seriously? They failed to mention that. They said NOTHING about a $35 minimum and, like I said, this isn't New York. Shawn promptly answered. I explained my situation and we arranged for a pick up. He asked that I call when our plane touched down. Again, he answered promptly and cheerfully said, "Well be there". Not only was the cab exactly on time, but he drove right up to the door and helped load two very heavy suitcases. Upon leaving the airport, he asked if we had a preferred route to our house. His driving was efficient and professional. When we arrived, the driver, once again, helped with the heavy luggage. He carried both suitcases up a flight of stairs and placed them directly in front of our door. The fare was less than I had guessed and the service was certainly more than I had expected. We are an elderly couple and all the "extra" considerations and help were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend!
