I emailed him and he gave me his cell phone number, +1 (559) 260-0786, which I am including for others. We scheduled a time for him to come and look at the chair a few days later. I also sent him some pictures so he had a good idea of the chair. He hoped to restuff it on-site but since my chair just had a million staples instead of zippers he had to take it off-site. He quoted me an estimate and said it would be about a week. A week later I am writing this review, sitting in my super supportive chair after paying less than the estimate. My back is a happy camper and I'm so thankful for Ken at Furniture Specialist for his great work and attention to detail. My chair feels like new and possibly even better than when it was new. I've had upholstery work done there at a really low price. I went there again recently to see if they could fix a sun visor for me. They tried but couldn't repair it and told me I needed to go to the dealer. When I told them how much the dealer was going to charge me, they helped me find a new visor on line at a quarter of the cost! I ordered it and then brought it back to them. They installed it in five minutes and wouldn't let me pay them! They are the bestest! read more
