Issues include: Loose bolts Misaligned panels Unpainted parts Update: We dropped off the vehicle at 11:30 AM and were told it would be a quick fix since only three bolts secure the rear bumper to the frame. When I called at 3:40 PM to check the status, the adjuster said they were still looking at the vehicle. I explained that we needed the car back before they closed at 5 PM. At 4:27 PM, we received a call from Tom's informing us they were unable to get to our vehicle at all. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If your insurance recommends this shop, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. The service here is terrible.

Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to. Gave me an estimated day on when I would receive the car, and called to tell me they burnt through the hood buffing it, so it would be a couple days longer.... Finally got the car back and immediately retuned for scratches everywhere. A couple months go along and I finally get to my first service appt at my dealership and the front left control arm (where damage were "repaired") literally falls out. Cotter pin was missing from the ball joint. The dealership says that if I would've hit a speed bump high enough, my control arm would have fell out on the road..... ABOVE AND BEYOND CLAIMED FIX AUTO "repaired".... Not even a year later...my front bumper is sagging because the bumper was GLUED. Fix auto claims to have never touched the car since they've have no record of it, it was ABOVE AND BEYOND who did not want to take credit for their terrible work!!! 0/10 if I could.
