This is my second vehicle I've taken to Art's Upholstery. This time he worked on my vintage VW bug's convertible top. It had several rips and would have cost thousands of dollars to replace. He put a patch behind the rips from the underside and used filler on the outside. All for a very reasonable price. I'm very happy with the job done. Art has been a great help to me and my mother. Moms 2017 Lincoln acquired a rather large puncture in the drivers seat. I called Arts Upholstery seeking seat recovering with special leather to match. Art managed to acquire an exact match of leather and dye it a rare Sage Green. Though the dye didn't take well the first time around, he had zero reluctance to get it right for us. A few weeks later, we took the car back and within 24 hours, we had a perfectly restored drivers seat that looks and feels brand new. Well done, Art. I would recommend Art at Art's Upholstery to ANY and EVERYone!!  He's honest, thorough, and professional.  One of our Rottweilers ate a HUGE hole in our car's back seat almost to the trunk, and the other one stands on the arm rest, so it was sagging and damaged. I waited a long time to get it fixed because I had checked with other places, and the prices were just too outrageous for me, plus no one could figure out how to fix the arm rest.  My auto mechanic recommended Art's, and I read his reviews, so I thought I'd try.  When he looked at the mess in the back seat and door and gave me more-than-a-fair quote, there was no way I could pass it up. Not only did he do an outstanding job on the seat, replacing the foam and matching the upholstery to the front seats, but he completely reconstructed the arm rest and covered it back with the factory installed material.  To find such a gem in this day and age when people are cutting corners to make excessive money is unbelievable!!  Art has proven to me that some people still DO value their work and their customers!!  If you have any upholstery needs, do NOT hesitate to go to Art's Upholstery. read more

Took my 2008 Ford Mustang to Art to have the vinyl door panel inserts replaced on both doors (common problem on this car.) Did a fantastic job matched the oem material perfectly. Put new felt behind the vinyl material. Looks like it came from the factory. Superb workmanship. Even recommended a specific conditioner for the leather interior to help keep it in top shape. My husband decided to try this shop for some upholstery work and waxing of his 2005 Silverado. Today he returned with what looked like a new truck! Excellent attention to detail on the wax job. The upholstery of the header and front seat was excellent. The price quoted and paid was very reasonable for all that was done to the truck. We are very happy with our new find. I just had my black Dodge Charger done at Art's Upholstery and I'm very impressed!!! I bought a used car that had a cigarette hole burn in the seat along with a lot of discoloration. He redid a section of the seat, matched the fabric perfectly and got additional stains out that I didn't even ask for. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car, he and his crew washed my car and vacuumed out the whole car! 100% amazing customer service!!! Also, the price was also really good!! read more

Took a headliner that was removed from the vehicle to this place a while back and was told to come back at the end of the week. Went back 2 weeks later and still not done. So its took 3 months later and still nothing. Not sure how this place is still in business. What a pathetic place of business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have a black 2009 Volvo C-70 convertible and the California sun has definitely taken a toll on the leather seats and there was a rip in the drivers seat as well. They replaced all the leather on the drivers seat, as well as the console cover and restored the rest of leather in the car and did an excellent interior detailing as well. It was less than half the estimate I got from Kris' on McKinley. Fantastic job and I highly recommend them and if I have additional car upholstery issues I will bring it to Art! read more
