Spent a lot of money and it didn't help, ended up throwing away my glasses cause they made my vision worse. Noticed I really needed to get them checked again and some friends recommended me here, best decision ever. Connie is the best, I could tell when I talked to her on the phone they really care about people and providing a great service, it's not about money. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Talamo is very thorough and is not in a rush. He makes you feel comfortable and never makes you feel like you are a bother. You know by the end of the exam you got the best quality exam ever. He explains everything well and is very kind, respectful and has a good sense of humor. What I love about here is he actually lets you see what your prescription will be like and what you can expect when you get glasses. They are honest and don't push you to buy just to make a profit. Also when your glasses come in he takes the time to size them to your face where they are so comfortable you barely notice them. Connie was so helpful with helping me pick out glasses, she had great recommendations but was never pushy, the perfect balance. I don't have insurance and paid out of pocket and it was very reasonable, can't complain at all. Your appointment will take longer than other places but it is so worth the time. I will be a lifelong customer that's for sure.

I found several of the employees to be very rude. One time I called and in the middle of the conversation she excused herself and never returned. I called back and got a recording the office would be closed the next 5 days and to call back then. The office employee told me I was very combative. I apparently asked too many questions, but wanted to make sure all services were included in the plan. I had prepaid before they would do any work. After months of dissatisfaction I decided to get my credit refunded. The woman was very rude and wouldn't stop demeaning me long enough to let me talk. She then said I never had to return to the office and everyone thought I complained too much, then she hung up on me. I spent over $9000. and was treated very poorly and don't have a wearable denture. I called home office to report my experience. I was told they would go over my complaints and get back to me. It's been several weeks and no return call. I sent emails and they were ignored too. They may be fine for basic dental services, but my experience continues to be frustrating and stressful. I have never been treated so badly. I feel cheated I didn't receive what I paid for and no attempt was made on their part to remedy the situation.

Waited an hour the other day while staff paged and searched for the optical staff, who apparently went home but left all the lights on and packages stacked up. Which I've been waiting on for months in the meantime my abcess got worse, I needed to go to ER got a shot, a very potent antibiotic, and pain medicine. I was seen at ER on A Tuesday and tooth was removed in 3 days. I had to travel 2 hours from home, more antibiotics, pain meds, and a rinse 3 times a day. The Dr. was amazing numbed me up tooth was out in under 1 minute. I had called keystone for help and they called back when I said I don't have thousands for anthesia they said they would call back and never did.

When I checked in they lost the referral. Then I finally get back into the room only to find out this was a consultation. The surgeon was very pushy about me signing all the paperwork before I had a chance to read everything and ask questions. I had already had some questions, she insisted that I sign first then would be able to ask my questions. After I signed she told me to go home and read through everything and if I had questions to call. I told her I did not want to be sedated, I only wanted local anesthesia. She said if I wouldn't agree to the sedation then she wouldn't do it. So I think the biggest problem was communication. The Dr did call and follow up when I decided to have the procedure done elsewhere. During the call she explained her situation and did tell me that the choice was up to me if I would be sedated or not. So my plan is to get a second opinion and make an informed choice. I think if we reviewed all the paperwork together prior to me leaving then I would feel more comfortable having the procedure done there. If I choose to have Keystone do the procedure I will post a followup review.

The results of my augmentation surpassed my expectation- stunning results, no complications, quick healing time as I followed post op instructions. His office staff is stellar. They were always available to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. When you are having surgery,you will have tons of questions and concerns both pre and post op. Dr. Normington and his staff will always return phone calls in a timely manner even if it is after office hours. His operating suite is state of the art and the surgical staff, especially Phil the nurse anesthetist, really put you at ease. I have recommended him to several friends and acquaintances who have inquired and feel completely confident in doing so. As someone who has lived in larger cities and metro areas, this cosmetic surgery office is a rare gem in an area that is smaller with not as many options.
