I have had them for a while and when I lost my job they helped me out more than any other service would even think about helping. I got behind on bills again and thought I would just let my internet go (even though the kids weren't happy) and here they come again to save the day and helped me again. [~ even tried Verizon in between and they wanted to charge me three times the amount that the guy who came to my door said they would, and we couldn't load a single thing.. we couldn't watch anything upstairs and when I called them about it they wanted to charge me even more to switch to a higher plan~] So pretty much Windstream has always worked out well for us, and even went above and beyond to help me out of a rough spot. What more could I ask for!? Thank you

Worst experience of my life. Our bill increases each month. They can't explain why. They out right…read morelied about the expected monthly price. Also they said that it was surprising how often people come in complaining about their bills being so high right after an upgrade. They use the term "As it was explained" and then they have to explain again and again because they do not explain correctly. Go to Verizon.

Connie, was more than helpful, 20 minutes on the phone and didn't charge, and helped us save a lot of aggravation. What a nice thing to do for a non customer.
