Plus récemment, j'ai dû subir une procédure pour un implant, réalisée par Dr Barbara Botorous. Elle a effectué l'intervention avec un doigté et une précision impressionnante. J'ai particulièrement apprécié sa grande sensibilité, son écoute attentive et sa façon rassurante d'expliquer chaque étape. Honnêtement, je n'ai absolument rien senti, que ce soit lors de la prise de sang, de l'extraction de la dent ou encore pendant la préparation de l'implant et la greffe. More recently, I had to undergo a procedure for a dental implant performed by Dr Barbara Botorous. She carried out the procedure with impressive precision and a very gentle touch. I especially appreciated her compassion, her attentive listening, and the reassuring way she explained every step of the process. Honestly, I did not feel a thing -- not during the blood draw, nor during the tooth extraction, nor during the preparation for the implant and the bone graft. She is a young doctor who is both kind and deeply human, and I am certain she has an outstanding future ahead in this field. I would also like to highlight the wonderful synergy of the entire team: Yvonne, Christine at reception, Marie, and all the other staff members. The office experience is first rate and the professionalism and compassionate care by the dental staff is exceptional. Dr. Burns recently surgically placed two implants in lower jaw, and it felt like no work had been performed at all. There was simply zero post op soreness or pain. I actually look forward to my appointments with Dr. Burns and his staff-and I have a life long aversion and phobia about dentist offices. It would be impossible to be more satisfied. I am actually now looking forward to having him perform my second implant surgery in a few months. .

She did a gum graft on me in January 2024 after I had been experiencing gum recession for several years. I just had my 3 month post-op check up and all is looking good. I am so pleased with the meticulous quality of her work. I had been very anxious beforehand as a previous gum graft done elsewhere in 2018 did not last, and the recovery process then had been painful and uncomfortable with a lot of inflammation and bruising on my chin. Dr. Adisa clearly explained the whole process to me, before, during and afterwards. She was both honest about the post-op discomfort I would feel during the first 2 weeks, and reassuring about how that would be temporary. I didn't experience any bruising this time, and very little swelling. Her post-op care instructions are excellent, and I felt very well cared for when I had questions. She was very responsive. The hygienists are conscientious and the front desk staff, Kim and Jackie are warm, welcoming and helpful with insurance issues. I have nothing but high praise for this office. They are an excellent team.

I was going to have to endure Months of work for an entire set of Implants. I am retired from the military and suffer from PTSD. I, for some reason, have significant anxiety when I have to sit in a dentist's chair for a long time. Huber informed me that the first procedure would take AT LEAST TWO HOURS. Not only does he have the bedside manner of Josef Mengele, but I was initially told that much of this procedure could be done under some sedation. A few days before the first procedure ( which included ripping out most of the teeth in my upper jaw and drilling in the metal posts and bone grafting Etc, etc..) Huber returned from vacation, and I thought he would be fully recharged and ready to go. I called his front office to discuss what type of sedation was going to be applied. At first, I was under the notion that IV sedation was an option. Either I misunderstood his nurse when she went through the laundry list of sedation options, or I heard her wrong about IV sedation as one of the options. After discussing my upcoming work, his nurse informed me that Huber would ONLY offer novocaine as medicinal relief! I then inquired what other sort of sedation might be helpful and available but was told that my only avenue of relief was novocaine. His nurse was extremely rude and condescending. I asked why I was not afforded a different sort of sedation when it was even shown on his website! His office operates in this manner...Brian is the puppeteer, and the front desk is the marionette. I asked Huber to call me back twice for an explanation as to why he was refusing to do the correct thing. I will explain with lie after lie. I am still waiting to receive a callback. Perhaps this 'Professional" did not get laid on vacation, OR he thought I was a different person, maybe? Whatever the reason, I warn ANYONE that will have to endure any lengthy procedure with this man...RUN, do not walk, but RUN to another dentist! David Madigan

He recommended…read moreaggressive "gum flap surgery" for me and trusting him I underwent phase 1 of this surgery on the upper right quadrant. Big mistake. It resulted in permanent nerve damage, an infection, and eventually lose of the back mid molar (after a painful failed root canal). He was arrogant and tried to pressure me into further surgeries. Suspicious I was being sold a cart of crap, i consulted 2 other periodontists and both strongly recommended against any gum surgeries in my case. I went with their recommendation and have been fine ever since. my advice: keep your wallet in your pocket or this guy will empty it for you.

Everything looked clean, and the design of the place was warm and not intimidating. Emily Plumadore, the friendly hygienist, explained calmly what was going to happen. The taking of X-rays went fast (additionally, the equipment used was new and definitely seemed the latest). The cleaning was painless, with Emily regularly checking in on me to see that everything was OK. Dr. Maria Szmigiel, a warm and friendly professional, introduced herself. We talked about things just to get to know each other. What really stood out to me was that Dr. Szmigiel asked Emily, the hygienist, for her findings, thereby showing that she trusted Emily's professional input. Following her examination, Dr. Szmigiel patiently shared her findings with me, outlining potential treatment options. I never felt that I was "pushed" to accept an expensive treatment, something I have experienced often with dentists. I felt that Dr. Szmigiel accepted and respected my "conservative" approach to treatment. Nevertheless, I place my trust in her when necessary. Upon check-out, I observed that the clinic's administrative system, including finances, demonstrated a focus on supporting the patient, not just the clinic. All in all: a very positive experience...and this for "going-to-the-DENTIST"!
