We showed the lady in the front and she switched it for a new one which is good for my mom. However, I bought this three step skin care and I realized too late that the pump for the moisturizer was broken. My daughter was referred to her for carpal tunnel surgery, and in my opinion, just from the suffering incurred, and the lack of caring on the Dr.'s part, not only upset and delayed the healing process, has caused major distress to our entire family! I understand that Dr. Andrea Copeland has not been practicing for a long time and is relatively inexperienced, but that is no excuse for the attitude relayed to a young woman who is just trying to get back to a normal life, especially at a time when reassurance is needed that she will regain proper use of her hand. If for any reason proper use is not regained, MD Aesthetics will hear from me again!
