I filled out the paperwork then I had to take of my contacts, I was only there to get glasses. waited 15 minutes then my eye exam was complete in 15 minutes. Payed and was told to come in 3 hours my would be ready by then. I paid 3/4 less than what I would have paid back home in LA. Overall experience was great.

She essentially charged for the full amount for the exam sans a 18 dollars discount (and I have great insurance) The lady on the phone said that my insurance was confirmed, and then the lady that was trying to sell me said, "let me check your insurance." AND NEVER ONCE did she say I was not covered. I called my insurance after and they said. "They lied to you ... they are not in network. I'm sorry they mislead you." Either way folks,... Nothing screams "Bad Faith Business" than that... there has been a change in this place. It's not the same,...
