She is very personable and I like her style of communication. *Wait Times are a mixed bag. If you cannot wait in the office please let the office know that you are on a tight schedule and to pick a slot that doesn't get too backed up. I've experienced both on time appointments and appointments an hour late. If you are sick and need an appointment right away I have found that she tries to squeeze you in. In some cases this is great if you're sick, but can adversely affect the current appointments for that day For me, it's more important to find a doctor who will prescribe needed orders and medications than wait times. So I've just managed expectations on that front. I understand some others may feel different.

She doesn't just give you the 15 minute obligatory visit she listens she takes her time and does whatever she can to help. She caught something I had very early on and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have had a chance get into a program which had a very short time Window to help me.. It wasn't obviously apparent what was wrong she gave me every test she could to find out how to help me. Her entire office is so efficient so kind so empathetic and so helpful. I can't say enough about her and her practice I can tell you this if you have Dr. Singh as your primary you are in very good hands.

I'm really glad I finally found that with Dr. Singh. This is the first time I've had a primary doctor who focuses on prevention and takes a comprehensive view of all aspects of my health. She genuinely takes the time to get to know me as a person and as a patient, rather than just a yearly visit. She dedicates as much time as needed--often scheduling multiple appointments to make sure everything is thoroughly covered--and she's always accessible for ongoing questions and support. Everyone in the office is kind, efficient, and very helpful. I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Singh and her team, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized, and prevention-focused care. I look forward to continuing my care with Aspire Health.

Once I went to a real functional medicine Dr they discovered what the cause of all of my health issues was in one visit. I really enjoyed seeing Dr Singh, unfortunately she prescribed me a new medication at every visit. Prozac, Wellbutrin, adderall, Xanax, etc. A functional medicine Dr does not polydrug their patient to mask their symptoms. Then came my 4 year long journey of withdrawal due to Dr Singh abruptly taking me off all the antidepressants she had me on. She has done this to 2 other people that I know personally, and they have suffered equally as much as me as a result. When I realized that I was in withdrawal, her only response to me was "want me to send you another prescription for Prozac?" I stayed off all the meds and finally made out of the withdrawal hell, battled severe withdrawal symptoms including depression, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and horrific akathisia just to share a few and I now feel strong and amazing and I am returning to warn others and perhaps educate the Dr herself of the damages that overprescribing can cause. I think Dr Singh has good intentions and I really loved the aspire health model. I suffered so much from the effects of her negligence that I would feel terrible not speaking out.

I don't like to complain about people because everyone is trying to run a business but this…read moredoctor's office has pushed me past my limits. They do not return phone calls or voicemails, they don't answer the phone (I've sat in the office and just watched the phone ring and ring while they slowly and carelessly click away on their keyboards), they told me my EKG results were fine for a prescription that I take and upon seeking further consult elsewhere was told that my ekg results were highly irregular for my age and was referred to a cardiologist, who also said the same. After them saying for a month that they couldn't send my results because my psychiatrist "wasn't answering", I had to physically come to their office to print my medical records to take them to my other doctor. I scheduled an appointment for the day after my cardiologist and came in and they told me my appointment was the day before, which I know for a fact I scheduled it for Thursday because I told them I had my cardiologist appointment on Wednesday. So they can't even schedule appointments properly. If you are looking for a new doctor, RUN THE OTHER WAY FROM THIS ONE. I can't even emphasize how bad they are and how they just DO. NOT. CARE. They make no attempt at trying to right any of their wrongs and by the looks of it will probably misdiagnose you like they did with me. It could literally be a matter of life or death and if you go to them you could be risking your life. I had to fight with them just to get my cardiologist referral because they said I needed to have symptoms in order to go. I guess everyone in my family dying from heart attacks isn't enough of a symptom when I'm just trying to be proactive and take care of myself. I even spoke to the office manager and she said she would be back and never even bothered to come back. She just sent the receptionist to me to "reschedule". DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He didn't even introduce himself or give a title. I had to repeat myself multiple times, he didn't provide accurate information or examination. It's filled with clutter and old antiques which could be quite interesting if they didn't have a thick layer of dust on them. There was an awesome little bong in the bathroom. The worst part of the filth was the toenail clippings all over the dang floor and chunks of calluses. HOWEVER, Dr. Hall knows his stuff! Putting the state of the office aside and the strange, but comical demeanour of Dr. Hall, he took care of my mother's foot thoroughly and carefully. Her previous doctor had recommended amputating one of her toes due to diabetes. Dr. Hall really put us at ease and agreed that doctors are way too quick to cut people open these days. He recommended wound care and also asked me to call him personally to make sure my mother was properly cared for. He really wanted to make sure she didn't fall through the cracks of the broken healthcare system. He did more for my mother in the 15 minutes we were with him than other doctors have done for her in months! The office may not be the prettiest and definitely not modern but if you need somebody to take care of your feet the Right Way, Doctor Hall is the man! He will certainly continue to take care of my mom the way I want a doctor to take care of her! He would get five stars 'feet' down if not for the dirtiness.

When I showed him…read morethat I was using something to protect my toes from direct contact with the sock he said he had something that would work much better. He proceeded to place a similar but smaller bandage on each toe with a small piece of plastic sewn in place on the inside. When he was finished he started to talk about all kinds of irrelevant things like World War Two aircraft. Honestly I couldn't get him to stop with the small talk after several minutes so I asked to use the bathroom. Inside the bathroom I couldn't help but notice a thick layer of dust over everything and all kinds of hair on the commode. The rest of his office suite was filled with clutter and was downright dirty. When I got out of the bathroom he was at the front desk and his receptionist had apparently left. So he said that the copay was $35.00 and he normally charges $10.00 per bandage so my bill was $55.00. The way he said it was really odd so I asked him to repeat it and he said it the second time the exact same way as if he was giving me a brake on the price but it still came out to be the full price. I was very annoyed that he charged me an extra $20.00 for these two bandages without disclosing to me that there would be a charge for them. I mean he just put them on me without asking me if I wanted them. When I got home I found that the bandages he charged me for actually slips down so they don't even cover the intended area of the callous. They are just way to small for my big toes. Furthermore I was shocked to see that while he shaved my toe down he didn't do a thorough enough job at it to get rid of the crack and that raw skin is still exposed! Now I have to go see another doctor and spend my $35.00 copay all over again. I thought about contacting his office to complain but he was so bizarre between his odd behavior, the dirtiness of his office and his being slick with me by charging me extra without my consent I thought it would be better to alert others of his behavior so they don't get trapped in the same situation.
