There were two gentlemen assisting her--one was named Cameron and one named William. Both were absolutely fantastic. They were at her home between approximately 2:00 and 2:30 p.m., and I mention that in hopes that both individuals receive the recognition they deserve for their outstanding care and professionalism. They made sure my mom felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. They were quick and efficient while also being incredibly careful, checking on her frequently and asking if she was okay each time the chair lift moved. Their compassion and attention to detail made a stressful day so much easier for her. She said if she could give 10 stars, she would! She also wanted to mention that she would absolutely recommend your company to anyone in need of transportation or mobility assistance. Instead of positioning herself beside him, she remained behind the wheelchair. As a result, he fell onto the concrete floor in his garage. This was entirely preventable with even basic attention to safety. When I contacted the office to address the incident, John's response was disappointing. He was dismissive, offered no apology, and deflected responsibility rather than acknowledging a serious lapse in care. When asked directly about their standards for safe assistance, he confirmed they provide it, yet seemed more focused on irrelevant details--such as whether stairs were involved--when my father's fall occurred on a flat surface. For a service that advertises assistance for vulnerable individuals, this level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company. We will be using AB Medical Transport in the future.

He hopped out the van and approached my vehicle aggressively, yelling & calling me all kinds of crazy names. I asked what (expletives) he was doing and he yelled obscenities with no explanation of what I did to make him so angry as to get out of his vehicle and approach me in my vehicle like that after stopping traffic. I tried to go around the driver, still out of his van, and he kicked & dented my car. I stopped, got out, and asked (with much obscenity) why he kicked my car. He went back to his van and got a pipe or hammer from the drivers side and approached me aggressively yelling "this is how you get shot". All on video, many witnesses, and all while in uniform. All praise to Yahweh Elohim in Yahshua's name I'm unharmed. Based on yelp reviews, this business has a pattern of hiring completely unsafe, if not dangerous, drivers. As a mandated reporter, I'm compelled to share my experience with a driver representing a company from which one would expect decorum & safety to be paramount.
