Over a pizza, he tirelessly answered all of our questions (and then some!). He referred us to a fantastic mortgage lender and together they helped us though every step. It was sooo stress-free! When it came time to start looking, he graciously took us to every place we wanted to see including a couple that we knew would not be right for us (we wanted to get an idea of how the photos and real things would compare). Sometimes, like the day we found OUR home, he actually met with us twice in a day. It was a FSBO, but he left the gym and zipped over to see if there was a phone number on the sign, since there was only an email address on the Zillow listing. 15 minutes later, we were looking and shortly thereafter, ready to make an offer. Unbeknownst to us, the seller had been inundated with interested buyers and there was some drama involved that nearly cost us the house. It seems very dishonest and deceptive. The physical description was accurate but there were no warnings or advisements indicating that the actual dimensions of the property varied from what was shown. Buyers beware, Real Estate agents are the new version of shady used car salesmen. Luckily I found out the actual dimensions before I made a costly mistake. Just as a point of reference, the actual lot size was between a half and a third of what was shown on the map. I don't know if this due to some technical error, laziness or incompetence.

I paid lease break fee of $500, given one month notice and paid 2 months rent and utilities after leaving the property. Morgenson also hold $1000 rent in advance. After paying 2 months of extra rent, my home listing was prematurely removed from the Cameron Heights website after the approved tenant was confirmed, which halted marketing. After few days, cameron heights management sent an email stating that the tenant is not moving as planned due to his personal reasons and you need to continue paying rent Until a he or new tenant comes or until end of the lease. Additionally, I lost 2 crucial weeks of marketing during the peak summer season due to technical issues with the Morgenson website. These issues were not resolved until I followed up multiple times. Property manager role is very crucial in any rental property and she failed to get a new tenant and her communication with existing tenants is very very unprofessiona.
