I love everything about this studio that we have used multiple times now. First of all, their photos are fantastic. We always have many more "good ones" to select because of the skill and professionalism of their staff. Also, they are so reasonable compared to many other photography places, which can charge thousands of dollars, for senior pictures??!! That is crazy. A person can pick which pictures they want after a session in all different sizes, and the prices are excellent. Other positives are the great communication. All I can say is WOW! What a wonderful experience I recently had at Mortensen's! Was in town to visit my family over the holidays and my Grandma had decided she wanted to have a family portrait taken while we would all be around. They we very accommodating to our large groups needs. With a couple of little kids not wanting to smile with short attention spans and a squirming baby I was really worried how things would go, but they were so good with us and made it the most easy going enjoyable experience. I will give 2 stars because the photographer, Al, is very nice and does a good job with the pictures- but the "Sales Manager", Sarah, is a nightmare- she has no customer service or appartantly PC Skills as she cannot make appointments over email? she is rude, unfriendly and not customer focused- pictures are very expensive and she deamands hours and hours of time to view them- read more

This wonderful studio and photographers did a wonderful job documenting both my pregnancy in photos as well as my son's first year. The photos were stunning and classic!
