My friend, who is 6'3" tall, said it's just the right height for him! I told them I'm 5'3" tall and maybe he should come by and see just how short I am! I put in a service request and the maintenance man showed up the next day! He lowered the thermostat and fixed the sheet rock, and he's going to come back and paint over it. I have great difficulty walking. They made arrangements so that when I to to the office to pay my rent, someone will come out and get it. The entrance isn't ADA compliant. It's hard to walk into the office, and there is no way to get into the office on my scooter. The entrance isn't their fault. They lease the facility. They've been really great to me!!

We trusted "at home properties" to show me and my children a good reputable place to live. They showed us 2 apartments only and said we were limited on options. We'll long story short 3 years later, they were THE worst company we never got maintenance done etc and walls foundation if tge whole place were falling apart, They re -did university oaks Blvd side walk in the front, and A LOT of bugs started coming out in our place. We sprayed sent ppl etc and the bugs started getting worse. When I asked the at home properties to help with the sit, all they could do is talk about how I should get with the neighbor attached to the duplex and schedule a spray with them becsuse they said the bugs would go from their apartment to our When we would spray. Last but not least, after we had to leave with 2 months left of $1000 rent payments, we cleaned it good and everything and they are now trying to charge us $13,000! They are trying to charge us for electricity being on while they renovate and everything! They have been the worst nightmare and now I am filing a complaint with TREC and finding out there are so many like me in the community. We have to take a class action lawsuit or help ppp that move into these neighborhoods by the school it's not right and they are getting away with things.

They hire the cheapest labor which means repairs and paint jobs that look like a kindergartner was at work. They will charge you $50 for a nail sized hole, just so you don't get your deposit back. We signed a lease with them on August 1st and moved in on the 23rd of the month. They were supposed to fix everything before we moved in but they never did they lied to us and took us for granted. Then evicted us because we told them about their bullshit. Their upstairs floor was bumpy when we viewed the home. Told them to fix it before we moved in and other issues like the leaking faucet in the bathroom upstairs. That we found out about after we had the utilities turned on. They claim that they can't fix it because they don't have the money. We only been here for two months and we are already leaving this place because they can't hold up their end of the issue. I will tell anyone not to lease with them.
