Needless to say we got lucky cause someone last minute came to our neighbors door and left their card, we basically called the new buyer and verified they could buy our property. Even after we verified not him us, when we verified and knew they could afford our house Omar advised against it and almost cost us the second buyer too. My opinion of Omar is very low and I'm disappointed with his performance I would never recommend him not even to my worst enemies. He promises a lot and turns over very little. we ask to be released from the contract and he held us hostage to it even though we had a lot to loose.
