But then she signed a bunch of paperwork with the contractors/plumbers without informing me, and then took off to Hawaii for vacation. I was left chasing the contractors and tenants to understand what exactly was going on. I requested a backup agent in her office to check on the house but she declined. So I had to find a local agent myself to check on the house. Needless to say, I later found out a bunch of paperwork she signed with the plumbers/contractors and had to deal with insurance and plumbers all by myself. She was no help at all. I should have taken her to court if I had the time.

Just pure dog hit…read more Renting through Honest Realty Group in Perris for the last year has been an absolute nightmare. They show up for random inspections with only 24 hours' notice and zero consideration for the tenant. They constantly harassed me about having family over--my own parents and siblings--claiming they were staying too long.They also criticized the condition of the yard even though it looked the same as every other house on the street, then demanded everything be fixed within 3 days during triple-digit heat while I was working full-time. Their communication style is aggressive and unprofessional. Miss any deadline by even one day (after giving them advance notice about a paycheck delay) and they immediately hit you with a 3-day notice to pay or quit plus late fees.From what I experienced, they also treat Caucasian tenants and same-sex couples unfairly. Calling this company "Honest" is a complete joke. I would never recommend them to anyone.
