The management was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about the residents. There were community events, the building was always spotless, maintenance requests were handled quickly, package notifications were reliable, and if there was ever an issue, it was actually resolved. The pool was always clean, the common areas were well maintained, and the entire property reflected the standards of a true luxury complex. Last summer, after moving back to Houston, we decided to rent here again because of how incredible our previous experience had been. That turned out to be the biggest mistake we could have made. This place has completely gone downhill. The current management is, in our experience, completely ineffective. Emails get polite replies, and staff members are friendly when you speak to them in person, but nothing ever gets done. Problems are acknowledged, then ignored. It feels like residents are being brushed off instead of helped. Maintenance is the worst we've experienced. The property is dirty, common areas are neglected, and the overall condition of the building is unacceptable for a community that advertises itself as luxury. Package notifications are gone. The pool is frequently dirty, furniture is poorly maintained, and the seat cushions were removed from the outdoor seating area over a month ago and have still not been replaced. The BBQ grills might as well be decorative because they're not working, only half one is. What shocked us even more was talking to other residents at the gym. We met several people who shared the same frustrations. More than one person told us not to waste our time sending emails or writing reviews because, in their opinion, nothing changes. Whether or not everyone feels that way, hearing the same message from multiple residents says a lot about how little confidence people seem to have that management will address ongoing issues. The difference between the old Waterwall and today's Waterwall is unbelievable. The staff used to be professional in every sense, they looked professional, acted professionally, and most importantly, they got things done. Today, there seems to be no accountability. Whether this is the fault of the on-site management or the company that oversees the property, it certainly feels like they no longer care about maintaining the community to the standards it once had. It's incredibly disappointing to watch what was once an outstanding community deteriorate so badly. We came back because of the excellent experience we had before, and instead we've had the worst apartment experience we've ever had. We're counting the days until we can move out. If you're looking for a luxury apartment, look somewhere else. Based on our experience, I would not recommend renting at Waterwall.

The leasing agent, Mia, informed me that my offer letter (which was my only available document at the time) had to be uploaded to the Snappt portal in order to proceed with my application. However, when I contacted two other properties that use the same Snappt system, including another property manager at a different location, I was clearly told that offer letters cannot be uploaded or verified through Snappt. This tells me that Mia was either misinformed or deliberately misleading--especially since she should know this as a leasing agent. Her refusal to work with me or offer an alternative method to verify my offer letter was not only unprofessional but left me feeling profiled and dismissed without cause. I strongly caution anyone considering this property--especially professionals relocating for work--to be aware of potential gatekeeping and discriminatory practices during the application process. This experience left a very bad impression, and I hope the management addresses this issue appropriately. I want to know who and how I can make a formal complaint because this is definitely against the fair housing policy I attach the photos that's shows that offer letters are not listed as a document that is accepted on snappt for reference

Management doesn't respond to emails or phone calls . I signed in september last year again after being here for tow years and regret it because i found out looking at my lease when trying to find information on the renters insurance they provide that they've been charging me over $60 extra each month for my base rent. The base rent on the portal is higher than on my lease!!!! also they haven't been able to give me information on so what they call insurance the apartment provides that YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR... The so called "insurance" sent me this email but ummmm NO ONE WILL HELP OR EMAIL ME BACK OR ANSWER ME CALLS and no one is ever in the office.
