During my initial appt a Dentist at Aspen told me to reach out if it ever started to hurt. 4 days ago woke up with pain from the tooth that Ive been treating with saltwater, icepacks and ibuprofen finally my face has swollen, I cant swallow or open my mouth. I call to request some pain medication and to be seen, I tell them my symptoms and what Im taking. without seeing me, the dentist prescribed amoxicillin and ibuprofen and refused to prescribe anything else despite having no history of drug use, and asked to be seen again, the dentist denied and essentially told me Im on my own and they wouldnt help my pain while I wait for my extraction appointment. So unprofessional, and risking my health by prescription antibiotics before even confirming if the issue was bacterial.

On around July 24th, made appointment at Aspen dental at 12:30. Scheduling staff is rude and unprofessional and made false statements about not participating in…read morethe patient's insurance plan, not providing services in the necessary area (despite expressly advertising that they do on their website and in physician bios). Although the doctor would not see the patient to provide a second opinion he reportedly said he was willing to call the patient's assisted living facility to instruct them on how and where to arrange medical care.
