That threw off our schedule, and I had to be the one to follow up with them the next morning asking if anyone was coming. They said they left early for the day, so they forget to follow up with me... We scheduled for the following day, and the guy that came out was over 30 minutes late, which made me run late for my work meeting. They advertise granite starting at $35/square foot with install and materials, which would have meant my countertops should have been around $3,150.00, but they ended up quoting me over $7,000.00! I told them I just needed something basic as we were planning on selling the house. I asked what happened with the drastic price difference, and they sent me pictures of the granite they had for $35/square foot, which were hideous and would clash with our island. I told them so, and they never responded with any alternative. Also, I'm not fond of doing everything by text if I'm spending $7,000.00. I guess I'll be using a different company.

Scott from AA Granite was available to me in phone conversations, and in texts. The first time we talked on the phone, and before I asked for an estimate, Scott answered a long list of questions I had. He helped me understand everything I had been puzzling over. And he continued to advise me after we had placed the deposit, and all the way through the project. The person who came by to measure went over the measurements twice with me and helped me understand my final choices for edging and backsplash. Whoever planned the layout from our slab, made a beautiful artistic choice -- centering some of the subtle vein work in the slab to fall between the two sinks. Guys doing the install-- terrific work. And the guys coming by to drop off some of our extra slab were great & easy to work with too. I definitely recommend using AA Granite!

I called as we were leaving another shop and Rosa offered to even give me a price quote over the phone so we would have an idea of what they would charge. I told her that wouldn't be necessary since we were only a few miles away so we just drove over. Sure enough we were greeted by Rosa when we got there. Full disclosure, this is a granite / quartz fabrication shop so you will be in a work are as you go to the office. We were in the market for a high end quartz top to replace a vanity top in our half bath. We found the perfect remnant piece and within a few minutes Rosa gave us a quote. Seemed reasonable and we even paid extra to have them use their plumber to disconnect and connect our new faucet and sink. Rosa had someone stop by to measure the same day and they install was done the following day! We were a small job so I am sure they squeezed us in. But regardless, we were super happy with the product and the service. Highly recommend CS granite for all your stone needs!

I recently had a project where I gave them plenty of time notice, only to find out they didn't even prep the layout of the product until the day before and didn't even install the project. No phone call, no anything and left the client without an installation and no communication. They still have our stone. Don't know why and no excuses. I don't understand how this company thinks that can treat a long time client this way. I've seen this step-by-step getting worse with this company. I would not recommend them and them to anyone.

We did a major whole-house renovation with Simmons (over the Christmas holiday and while we were living in the house), tearing down/adding walls, changing the trim, ripping out old dark tile and brown shag carpet and replacing with beautiful white oak hardwoods and lovely light carpet. The flooring installation was impeccable. We also had the interior of our home painted from floor to ceiling, added a secret bookcase door, and the Simmons team renovated a useless sunken second family room into a private suite complete with a kitchen.
