The photos I attached show only part of the condition he left the property in. After receiving payment, Larry stopped responding and ultimately blocked me instead of taking accountability or addressing the issues. As a property owner who relied on clear communication and trust, this was extremely disappointing and costly. Turned out, on one whole side of my house, the wood sheathing was completely dilapidated and needed full replacement. In one day, Brian and his crew did a complete tear off and removed the whole side of my roof and installed new roof wood sheathing.
