Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

They were able to do the full roof replacement on my little house and some work on the detached garage all in one day (faster than expected). They replaced the chimney and vents with pieces that look a million times better. They went above and beyond in their work (craftsmanship, scope, and quality), and I can't spot one flaw. The team was so friendly and professional, and they get bonus points for being extra nice to my dog (they made her day). All that and they managed to stay in budget, and left the entire property spotless. You don't get that sort of performance without a great leader, so extra points for Eric and his management of both the work getting done and the clients. When I complimented him on this, he gave all the credit to the great crew, which is just another sign that he's a good leader. I was so nervous because I've heard so many roofer horror stories, but my experience is that there is at least one great one out there (Benedict). I'll be using them again in a few years for the garage and definitely will be recommending them in the meantime to anyone that I hear needs a good roofer!

We immediately fell in love with the professionalism of Bob at the meeting and wanted to schedule him and his crew right away. Bob and his Wife were very communicative, and very easy to work with! They were VERY close if not spot on with (maybe even early) with our scheduled estimated date of install!! WOW. Bob and his team were very organized and clean during the installation. You really had no idea roofers were there when they left for the evening accept for the organized materials left to resume the next day. When the job was completed, Bob made sure we were happy with the installation, and his team cleaned up SO WELL. I could not believe how clean everything was when they were done, and Bob took the time to look it over with us before he was the last one to leave the site. Also, Bob was able to inspect the whole roof for leaks and found a soft spot for us before it was a problem and replaced the wood. I had worked as a roofer when I was younger so I knew the work well. They did a great job. Did a full tear off and repaired some rooted wood after the tear off. They cleaned up after the job. August 6th of 2024 we had a tornado come through Concord township and we had quite a bit of damage to our roof. I called Connor he came over looked at the roof made some repairs I asked him if I should file an insurance claim he said no not yet we still don't know the extent of the damage. Brutally honest. Almost a year went by and I started to lose even more shingles and after I called Connor over one or two more times he said I'm afraid it's time to get that claim going your shingles have exhibited more damage than we thought. I was wondering why shingles were ending up in my garden beds. So I filed an insurance claim in September of 25 and to be quite Frank and quite honest it has been the worst experience in the world. Connor provided all of the pictures all of the paperwork that the provider requested and at times they would ghost us for weeks. It came up to almost October of 2025 but the weather is starting to turn when our roof was finally approved. Initially they tried to just replace 10 squares of shingles but they did not tell us where so they were hoping maybe throw some money at the insured and maybe he'll go away. Conor fought for me. He was able to patch my roof up with some tarping that you could actually barely notice. When spring came around and the snow was gone he had to have it about 40°. The roof job officially started. Unfortunately when he found some more rotted wood around my chimney he had to submit a supplement to the insurance company which again she straight up just ignored us for weeks. Connor was relentless. Between numerous emails and phone calls we finally got the attention of the insurance company again. They approved the supplement Connor made all of the repairs to my poor house. I referred him to anybody who will listen and needs roof work. What a straight-up honest nice man. They recently (October 2022)installed vinyl siding on my house and garage (beautiful work). (Their siding guy Ted is truly a pro that takes pride in his work, his trim work is impeccable).
