2 weeks later and still no AC in my climate controlled unit & the people that work there don't apologize or even care that my entire household of belongings have been in 90 degree temps for over 2 weeks. Their response is - Did you get the insurance when you rented the unit? DO NOT RENT A CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT - YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Customer service here is non-existent. They act like you are inconveniencing them when you go into their office while they are surfing the web. No resolution or discount has been given or offered. read more

After a recent relocation to this area followed by a remodel project, we required two storage units (at different times) and found this facility to be well maintained and super secure; the management was courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend them! read more
