There seems to be a breakdown as various points of your computer system do not communicate well with each other. Adam was shut down with a locked program that clearly was not due his cause, as other staff had repeated problems with the same issue. Multiple calls took him from the sales floor and added delay to our sales process as we were all at the mercy of what seemed to be an IT support system (by phone) that was not qualified to fix the problem. 2. Offer a means to respond directly to the phone message confirming delivery time.
