I called Angie's Taxi and spoke with Chris who was very helpful and also concerned for me personally. I needed to be at the hospital at a very specific time. Chris came, picked me up and we got there in plenty of time. He walked with me into the hospital and to the check in desk. I had to stay and extra night. Chris was there right on time the very next day waiting for me. He helped me into his vehicle and even escorted me right into my home. He told him to let him know if I needed anything "at all" while I recovered at home. I had been very concerned about how I was to get to and from the hospital. Chris took all of my anxiety away. Last time I checked, first come, first served was the definition of the cab industry (on both sides of the equation). Regardless, the voicemail was tasteless and will dissuade me from using them again. Contrary to their success at getting the best Google ranking, their brand training has gone awry.

He said "let me turn around" He proceeded to turn around and literally left us standing on the curb.... I called the number again and asked If it was the same person who was suppose to pick us up and he said yes and when I questioned him he told me it was a brand new vehicle and I simply said; all you had to tell me was you refused to take intoxicated people in your vehicle even tho that's the point of a taxi service..... It went deeper as he proceeded to text my personal cell phone that I needed to quit drinking and know my limits..... it was a simple 6-10 min drive we didn't wanna walk in the rain...however that's what we ended up doing. still unsure what the point of a taxi service is.....if you're not willing to help those who cannot drive. Was told $20 and that they would arrive in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later I call back and they are 10 blocks away still. After getting picked up the man was very rude and took phone calls made calls and texted while driving us. He then stopped for gas and left the meter running, which I was told 20 so I don't know why it even was. Ended up being $25 and the van driver got physical with me when I said I was only giving 20 that we agreed on. Never going back.
