It was $35 for the hour which was just enough to get a nice ride around the area. Surprisingly our dog really enjoyed the ride and wasn't scared at all. The baby actually wore his helmut and fell asleep for most of the ride; so it must have been pretty relaxing! Staff was friendly to explain the Bike usage and all bikes had a pouch for you to carry your phone or small items. Afterward you can just go around to the corner to enjoy all the food and restaurants in the area. He made some adjustments to the gears for my wife, and he helped me change the handle bars and seat to make mine more comfortable. The next day, my wife changed gears and the chain went into the spokes damaging the derailer. I took the bike back to him and he quickly put the bike up on the rack and said "we are going to make this right". I returned about a 1/2 hour later. He readily accepted responsibility, installed a new derailer on the bike, and tuned it up again. The first time, Ricky tried everything while I waited to fix my chain before determining I needed a new one. The bike was then ready in an hour. Today I went in twice - first looking for toe clips for my bike and, while I was there Ricky checked my tires and filled them for me. I went back in after my ride today as my gears were slipping and offered to leave the bike as I knew they had a backlog. Ricky insisted on taking a look while I waited and was able to adjust it on the spot. Great service and expertise. Highly recommend. (They also seem to have a good selection of bikes and accessories for sale).

The service there was as well when compared to their Fenwick Location. The fellows there do repairs quick and correctly. The sales there are great. Bikes there are also custom adjusted to users comfort. This is one of the best bike shops I been blessed to enter in.
