We picked it up since this is my first time using an ECV scooter, so wanted to understand the size and other factors. Joseph was extremely helpful and explained in an easier way to disassemble and assemble the scooter. We got a 3 wheel GoGo. With full charge we were able to use it throughout Disney Magic Kingdom park without the need to plug in and charge. It easily fit into our boot (SUV) as well. One part is bit heavy so might need another person to help you out to lift it. But the whole assembly took less than a minute. Joseph was very communicative as well. Would recommend to use their website for price and specific details about the ECV's. They do drop off and pick up as well. I chose to do the drop off and pickup. A family owned business is what I heard from them. Hassle free and convenient. Would highly recommend this place for your rentals.

I had the tire go flat on my riding lawn mower and the seal between the tire and rim came off, so putting air in a tubeless tire with no seal between the rim and tire was pointless. We took the tire off of mower and brought it to him to re-seal rim to the tire and inflate. I just didn't have tools or knowledge how to do it, so he did it in 30 seconds. They also rent uHauls at this location. I've never rented from them before, but will look them up when I need my next uHaul. I prefer to support local family owned businesses over corporate business. Shop local and money does more than buy a service, it allows the owner to buy groceries at the local store and keep the money in the community, well worth it.
