Initial review below: Rented a Maxima scooter for today 9/1-9/4 . I am about 140 lbs below the limit so this ecv should handle me fine, but the one waiting for me at Shades of Green was so squeaky and loud it was giving me a headache. Called and customer service was very nice and sent someone right away. The gentlemen came with a new scooter within an hour, and everyone was so pleasant I wish I could leave a good review, but I can't. I showed the employee what was going on and how noisy the first one was, and he literally said to me that "A lot of them do that." I rent a scooter every time I come to Walt Disney World, and I come every other month. Never have I had one make any noises like this. I told him I would be returning the second scooter if it made noise too, but when I drove it I had no issues. Until I rounded the corner and of course, squeaky loud noises coming from the left rear wheel drive area (the first one has same issue but coming from rear right area) The scooter itself has seen better days and chunks are cut out of the wheels, I'm not sure what the issue is exactly , but I just finished driving 13 hours and I'm too exhausted to do anything other than drive this thing for the next few days. Its a shame really because everyone I have talked to there is kind, like I said I would love to recommend this place. But I can't, and I won't rent from them again.
