I haven't had Centurylink for 5 years and never at this address. They just sent me to collections, and I even called up my old account and it shows $0 owed. They were useless as an internet provider to begin with but now wanting money I don't owe them, shows me just how useless they are. read more

I don't even want to spend the time it takes to review this company except to WARN others against using it. Slow, throttled, lousy service. Every time I finally gave in and had them come out to try to fix it, they simply brought a new modem and never took the old one. So when I returned all FOUR to a driver, they wouldn't even count it as one and charged me for it after I discontinued service. They suck/suck/suck. read more

This company is the most unorganized bunch of nitwits in the United States. I would not recommend Centrurylink to my worst enemy. After paying my bill on time for 4+ years and discontinuing service with them when we moved. They sent me a bill for $106.86 for an unreturned modem. We called them three different times to get the labels that they have to provide to send it back, we followed the directions on the paper and sent the modem back to them. Now, 5 months later we received a notice from a collection agency that says we still owe them $106.86. I called Centurylink that claims a statement was being sent to my old address every month since Nov. Obviously if we discontinued service because we were moving you wouldn't send the statement to the address we moved from. I explained to them that we have gotten all our other forwarded mail why haven't we gotten your statement. What a bunch of idiots. I paid the $106.86 immediately and will move on but never again will do business with these morons. read more
