As a complete novice, I was totally lost. I tried multiple times on my own but no luck. I asked for help multiple times and got general advice. I was the ONLY one that couldn't make anything, yet the instructor didn't seem to either notice or to care. I eventually looked up my own video on how to do this and still wasn't able to. The instructor said she would be happy to help one on one, yet I was the was one who clearly needed help, she was and just made her own pottery. I feel demoralized and humiliated. The employees are not always the friendliest although some are. But they are always available to help you find what you are looking for. I found a cute pair of lavender shorts but there was no place to try them on so I went ahead and bought them in the size I thought would fit and brought them home to try, knowing I could take them back if they didn't fit and try another size. I asked about the return policy and the girl told me you have 60 days with the receipt and 90 days without a receipt. I thought that was more than generous. I'm sure I will be back.
