We meet (he shows 5 hours late), asks for a $340 (wanted a cash deposit), no problem I hand it over, although I felt it was sketchy he was asking for a cash deposit. We schedule the install for 5pm the next day. Next day comes, he texts a string of excuses why he's gonna be 30 minutes late, then another excuse why he'll be 1 hour late, then he shows at 9pm for our planned 5pm appointment. 9pm lol!! He looks around, says the windows dirty and it's too dark, and he'll come back the next morning. Yes it's dark when you show 4 hours late at 9pm. He doesn't show the next day. I ask what's going on, he sends another string of excuses blaming me as to why he can't install it.... Now get this, he believes he's keeping my deposit to take care of his time! I'm sending people to look for the guy now, no one is walking with my cash. Call it harassment or whatever. It's principal and justice at this point. Be careful, don't give this guy a 50% deposit CASH. He'll try and run with it. This review is 100% true. I own a restaurant and hotel on Ocean Dr in Miami Beach. I was told it would take about half an hour, which surprised me for a shampoo, but I had just come from the gym and hadn't eaten, so I figured I'd wait it out, read my book, and head home. Well, it ended up taking 2.5 hours. Thankfully, I didn't have anything else scheduled that day. Multiple employees checked on me throughout and were incredibly kind and attentive. Eventually, Jamal( the person who had checked me in) came over and sincerely apologized, taking full responsibility for the delay. He gave me a $100 gift card and told me I could use it or even gift it to someone else, but he wanted to make it right. Of course, I still tipped the workers, after all, they did an amazing job. My car had never been that clean. I returned in August to use the GC and noticed they'd added more outdoor seating and some cute landscaping. I came on a Sunday morning and let them know I only had about an hour and fifteen minutes, as I had an appointment. When I asked what I could get with my $100 card, the employee went to get Jamal himself. I opted for the $99 interior complete and offered to cover any tax, but Jamal replied, "No ma'am, we owe you this." That response speaks volumes. This visit did end up running a bit over, about 10:50 to 12:10 so I'd advise others to be prepared to wait if you're getting more than a basic wash. I'd personally rather be told a longer estimate upfront, but I understand they may not want to deter customers. That said, their quality of work is worth the wait IF you know about it ahead of time. I debated leaving out the original scheduling mishap, because I imagine most customers have seamless experiences. But honestly, the way they handled that mistake impressed me even more than if it had gone perfectly. This place isn't cheap, and it isn't fast but their work is absolutely unbeatable.
