I had an incredibly positive experience with Concept Spa Coatings South Florida. I originally found the company via a referral for from the CeramicPro website. The owner, Eder Silva, was very responsive over email and text. After a few days of communication, we agreed on a fair price for the CeramicPro "Platinum Package" with lifetime warranty. Time - The process to ceramic coat a car apparently takes 3 full business days. I can see why - it is incredibly labor intensive due to the number of layers that are applied. Furthermore, the wheels are even removed from the vehicle so that the brake calipers are done with the same process. You can't rush perfection. Updates - Every day my car was at his shop, he took pictures and texted them to me. I saw the progression from start to finish and never had to worry how my 'baby' was doing. Price - Ceramic Spa Coatings is not cheap. However, they are not the most expensive company either. I ended up going with them due to their responsiveness and passion for what they do. The team there truly love cars. A True Perfectionist - After the team had applied a protective film to the hood of my car, the owner, Eder, informed me he was not happy with the result and re-did it at no cost to me. I did not even have to ask him to. Upsell - In addition to the coatings, he also offers a host of other services including protective film installation and window tinting. Both of which I opted for. They even do speaker and accessory installs. They are a one stop shop. Quality - When I purchased my car, I was able to pick it up directly from the factory and it looked good. When I picked up my car from Concept Spa , it looked even BETTER than when it did at the factory. The car now sparkles. Follow Up - About a week after all the work was done, Eder wanted me to bring the car in for the first complementary wash. This was also an opportunity for him to triple check all the work that was done and ensure I was happy with it all. NET/NET - I HIGHLY recommend Ceramic Spa Coatings. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for - an incredible looking vehicle that will be protected from the elements for years to come. Concept Auto Spa ceramic coated (interior & out), paint corrected, vinyl wrapped, and detailed 3 cars for me so far! Starting with my Tanzanite Blue 2020 BMW B7 Alpina. The outside was fully ceramic coated after minor paint correction was done. Clear vinyl wrapping was also applied to the front bumper & side skirts to protect and prevent road rash. Next was my white 2018 Audi A6 S-Line. First the paint was corrected to remove impurities. Then it was ceramic coated fully inside and out. Concept also repainted my calipers (red) and applied S-Line & Audi logos to them. Truly unique, giving the car nice contrast. Finally was my Midnight blue 2016 BMW 228i. First the front bumper was repainted as Concept felt paint correction wouldn't truly correct it as it had too much road rash due to years of driving. Then the entire car was ceramic coated. A clear vinyl bra was applied to the newly painted front bumper to ensure protection. Finally Eder from Concept used his expertise to make my car look brand new applying several different types of vinyl wraps inside and out. Carbon and satin black vinyl wraps were applied thoroughly and seamlessly to give my car an entirely new look. I'd almost say the car looks better now than it did when purchased new! read more

After asking around about car window tint prices, Concept Spa Coating gave me a good price and came to my place of business to get the job done. Over Promises and Under Delivers and Doesn't stand behind his work......... I brought my vehicle in for a Full Car Wrap on Sept 9, 2022, I was told the car would be ready Sept 16 2022 I rented a car as this is my only transportation. When I showed up, I was told to pick up tomorrow instead. I showed up to pick it up the following day, when going over the vehicle it looked great paid in full and got into the car and noticed that my vehicle had issues with my parking sensor which they had to take apart and reassemble when I mentioned it he knew about it said to bring it in on Monday and would happily take care of it, also notice a hole in passenger seat which was told would all be taken care of as well. I brought the car back and left it for both items to be repaired and mentioned a couple of small minor things on the wrap. When I came back to pick up the car nothing was done it was in the same condition as I dropped it off. I had 3 more occasions where I was told to drop off the car and all would be taken care of each time, I had to rent a vehicle or borrow a vehicle. Last time I dropped off the car it was there for 5 days when I was told to pick it up nothing had been done. And know will not return my call or text. read more

Tim assisted us with tweaking our design and goals for the bikes, and added an extra "wow" with wrapping the wheels in reflective blue. Somebody told me about ceramic coating . I did my research on ceramic coating I came across Concept Spa and Coating on the internet read their reviews went down to see Eder he told me he was going to correct it and ceramic the whole car . When I picked it up the car looked good.the car had some issues from his work that were not correct I gave him the car to fix, when I came back he told me he had to wet sand the car again and recoated it to this day I have no idea why, after inspection of the car he scratched and dented most of chrome parts I had just replaced new he wouldn't pay for them I ended up paying for them myself and he scratched some of the paint he touched them up then after getting it home I notest water spots on everywhere he re wet sanded, I called him I gave it back to him he tried to buff them out when I washed it a couple days later the spots were still there at that time he was working on my jeep, aIl damages I had to pay out of pocket for the damaged items to my car, I gave this guy a good review before he re wet sanded my car and really damaged my jeep bad, this place will not own up to any or very few damages they make, the paint on the car had a lot of hairline scratches some places had hight and low spots from a bad ceramic job. 500.00 in damaged parts I had to pay for that I just bought new before he damaged them and now I have to get part of the car redone and these guys charged me taxes on the job that did not say sales taxes that's because there not reporting a lot of sales taxes big mistake and these reviews on here are a joke when you get your car ceramic you have to keep bring it to him or it voids the warranty that why all his reviews are 5 stars why would anybody give him anything less when there going to keep working on your car. after I called the warranty place they told me I can take it anywhere that's a dealer.This guy Tim they hired that used to work at a car deal he's a fast talking bait and switch guy he will talk nice and calm and stick to you when your not looking. they will try and rebuttal this review it all true, now I can bring these cars to another dealer, now I can give a honest review.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Now for the jeep, he finished the job on the jeep I took it back for inspection a few things had to be corrected, I went to pick it up the next day it had two scratches on both sides of the tuck and on the roof had three on top by the roof and some by the rack that was just painted and crack in the bumper that was put on brand new before I gave to him all theses scratches are in to the metal and can not be take out, It has to be repainted and re ceramic. He paid to have the bumper repainted so far the estments I have after the bumper was fixed is still over 2500.00 just for the repaint not including the recreamic which i'm sure is going to be over 1500.00, i just had the truck painted before I gave it to him, then when I took to a different ceramic dealer they look at it under a light and said there's a lot of hairline scratches and some spots all over the truck, they said the paint correction before it was cremic was not done properly. he's yelling and swearing at me I just paid 500.00 to have your bumper fixed and I keep telling him I drop the tuck off and pick it up and he tells me you try to find things like its my fault that he f-- up my truck, I told him what I'm not supposed to inspect my truck and says everyone picks up the car and leaves will sorry I just paid this place over 6000.00 dollars I'm not going to check my truck and this guy says i'm trying to get something for free I paid 6,0000.00 what am I get for free.I told him I want you to do the right thing and fix the rest of the damage he told me to go f---yourself this guy will not own up to anything.
