He was in the hospital in Lake Havasu, and within hours they arranged to get him all that he needed, everything delivered, and his transportation home. I can't thank them enough for getting my husband home, which is where he wanted to be. He was aware of his surroundings and so happy to be with me and all the family that were there to say their final goodbyes. The extra day and a half that we got with him was truly a blessing. The nurse that came to the house was an Angel. She treated him with respect and so much kindness. When he passed she stayed with us until the Mortuary came to take him. Having Hospice isn't easy by any means, but it was a blessing to have them available to us. Thank you so very much.

Every person I dealt with showed such compassion, patience, and genuine concern for my mother in hospice, as well as Her friend and I, the full-time caretakers. They taught us how to take care of her properly. How to feed her, medicate her, and change the bedding while she was in it. As my mother's needs changed, the staff was eager to help me understand what was happening and how to manage it. After her passing, they took care of everything. They billed us $32.00 per hour and $64.00 per hour for holidays. 3.25% on top of the outrageous prices if you have to use a credit card and these days who doesnt have to use a credit card. First weeks bill was $2,512.00 second weeks bill was $2,052.00. No this was not for 24 hour care. Yep, $4,564.00 for less than 2 weeks. We should have checked into a respite home. The most expensive place near Bullhead would have been $6,000.00 for 4 weeks. They will suck the blood from their own mothers if they could. Don't be fooled by the kind and gentle images they put up front, they are corporate greed all the way through.

We needed a hospital bed and a lot of medicine and they made it all happen that same day as well. Outside of just making sure we had everything we needed quickly to make sure my Dad was comfortable they were so amazing and supportive. Jody was the lead nurse and she was able to talk us thru what to expect and how to best make sure he was comfortable and happy. When we needed support at 2am they were there. I can not say enough good things about every nurse we worked with. Also, Kerry the Chaplain connected with my Mom and was just what she needed. I'm not sure what we would have done without their support and care.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I was able to get some books, DVD's, jars and the cutest vintage Dooney! Can't wait for my next trip so I can look for more treasures! And all the linens have been washed and folded! If you're local to Havasu and need beach towels you can get a bunch for just a few dollars!
