She gets her hair done once a week, which is important to her. The food is excellent. (I ate there, so I know firsthand). The staff is caring but very professional, especially one TA Assistant by the name of Emily Rodriguez. Emily understands and truly cares for the people she is caring for. My daughter has been in need of this kind of care and understanding for almost 30 years. Emily and the rest of the staff have finially been able to reach and help her. They have started a healing process with the proper medication, counseling and diagnosis and most of all by listening to her, in other words "treating the whole person". Even though Hospice services were not required for very long, Harmony Hospice provided us care in…read morethe Fort Mohave area. They worked quickly to get my husband home. He was in the hospital in Lake Havasu, and within hours they arranged to get him all that he needed, everything delivered, and his transportation home. I can't thank them enough for getting my husband home, which is where he wanted to be. He was aware of his surroundings and so happy to be with me and all the family that were there to say their final goodbyes. The extra day and a half that we got with him was truly a blessing. The nurse that came to the house was an Angel. She treated him with respect and so much kindness. When he passed she stayed with us until the Mortuary came to take him. Having Hospice isn't easy by any means, but it was a blessing to have them available to us. Thank you so very much.
