If I could rate this company -0 stars I would. Between Shay/Shy, Rena (weekend supervisor) and whoever else works in dispatch just awful customer service!!! Talked to 3 different people, received two different stories from two different people so asked to speak with a manager. Get a manager on the phone and first thing she says is "you're a liar, I've already to talked to my girls and you're lying. Pay or a fee or come back tomorrow." Then she hangs up! All because my grandparents were T-boned taken by ambulance to emergency. None of their personal affects made it with them to the hospital. No house keys, no garage clicker, purse, wallet NOTHING! called triple A they sent these guys over. I needed to get my old mustang towed down the street, I didn't have the updated tags on the plate I told him to give me ten minutes to go get them. Earlier this week, my car overheated on 99 and I had to exit and park on a deserted country road. It was getting dark and a bit lonely. At the accident, in between the EMT the driver offered to "buy" our car and reduce the towing fee. The next business day, Monday, my $215 tow now carried a $410 fee the would increase nearly $50/day! I have a serious problem with the lack of service provided overall with a 2nd call being necessary after you guys 1st sent out someone in a pickup truck with a magnet on the side. obviously a contractor which isn't suprising for a Sunday except until it became even more obvious he was just gonna band aid and feed me some hella basic ass assumption on his part. much to my chagrin was the fact he would not be running any of the mandatory diagnostic testing you would expect explicitly concerning it was clearly identified to be a warranty issue especially considering the fact the first call I made in the day time yesterday was follow up to a call for 1230am jump I got (which I initially requested at 1030pm) last night....but wait it gets better cuz after I followed his advice and let it run for thirty min where it never died (thus proving it was and is not an alternator issue at all) I drove it to the gas station and made the mistake of turning off the car at the pump as the posted safety rule states you must. Low and behold the car refused to start because the battery is so dead and gone it won't hold the charge the alternator is trying to put in at idleing RPMs like the know it all technician assumed it would (without a single test ran in the 3 minutes he was in my driveway-seriously wtf) now at that point I'm making my third call to triple a in less than 24 hours and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes and scheduling another request for service at 330 pm I get a no show by your company when no doubt the same tech without the wisdom & foresight to the fact he should carry a replacement battery on truck nor the skills and knowledge necessary to assess the situation when one is clearly called for so of course that a-hole (pardon me but he clearly pulled a d move when) left me in the sun out to dry. Injury to insult was the fact wherein my buddy nearly went into a diabetic coma while we were marooned there at the pump isle with no update forthcoming from my repeated status update requests via text due to the fact no one from Ceres pro tow was even gonna show up especially not with the replacement battery I've needed and should be provided as it's guaranteed replacement is covered implicitly and the sole reason I purchased it from AAA to begin with. I swear to the god which had forsaken me on his day like he was still out on the back nine (or more likely sleeping off one too many rounds with odin while watching Mephistopheles fireworks last night) in all seriousness- I DONT EVEN WANT TO HAVE TO CALL AAA a fourth time later in the morning today which is now Monday for a new battery which I should have had yesterday. I need a tech out here at fn 7am or 8 at the latest and god forbid I have to make that 4tb call at 9 which I never wanted to make as I will be sure to demand a supervisor on the AAA side and give him a real piece of my mind and the serious medical situation which was created by that subcontractors negligence and failure to do his due diligence as he was required to in order to validate the warranty which I was guaranteed when purchasing the product through their company and the substandard service I received through their regional provider and why they should consider all of this when their contract comes up for bid again the next time. I'm just saying scenic tow never fucked me off like this last few experiences in the past 24 hours like you guys who clearly are beginning to feel entitled with the mpd Stan county and now AAA contracts i guess it was only a matter of time before you had to turn to stop gap hacks like that guy who ruined my day after a bad night that ruined my holiday the night before because that guy was seriously looking for a reason not to do any work and leave after I waited 90 minutes for him to show up. If the lots empty obviously I'm the guy with the AAA card number provided who called for the jump so why make a big deal about the Id when I had walked home with perishable items and to watch fireworks before I rode my bike back and realized I forgot my wallet when he shows up later. Thank God I had a picture in my phone's gallery or I would've snapped when he put it in gear in any attempt to leave especially if I had known how that next days encounter would end up as bad as this entire warranty guaranteed experience has proven to be. Totally agree with S T. We also had the unfortunate "luck" of getting these guys called to pick up our car after a wreck. Ceres Pro Tow wouldn't release our vehicle because they said there was a hold on it and that we would have to contact CHP and get a release. Contacted CHP and they told us there was no hold and that the tow company was ripping us off. Found out from the dispatcher that the Ceres Pro Tow "driver" was the one who put the hold on it. Finally got the car after overcharging us for 4 days storage for $250 plus the $210 tow plus a $50 after hours fee to get the vehicle after their 8-5pm M-F hours....Could have had our car back within 24 hours except they kept giving us the run around so that they could charge us all these extra charges. Oh, and they don't accept checks. If they show up at your wreck, tell them you will call your own tow truck company to get your vehicle. read more

My mom currently has bone cancer in her spine(she didn't mention this to the driver) and couldn't get up in the tow truck so she called me to pick her up and take her home. The driver told her, "I'm not leaving you. I'll wait with you until your daughter shows up." He was very friendly and waited until I got her in the car to proceed with the tow. Just got towed back to Turlock from Ceres where our head lights went out. It was 10:30 pm and not a good ending to a nice evening. Our Driver was Leo and his pleasant, cheerful, helpful personality made it into a positive experience. He towed us right to the garage, got the form from Midas for us to fill out and talking about how much he enjoyed his job. After we left the key at Midas he even dropped us off at our nearby home. This is one of the worst towing company in central valley, the employees are inexperienced who will come out to assist after 45min and then just sit in there truck for another 20 to 30min talking over the phone just to waste your time then refuse the service and drive off leaving you stranded on the side of the road, why? because they don't have the necessary tools or knowledge and there lame excuse for not towing the car was "they don't feel safe towing this vehicle".
