We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. I'm assuming the man who towed it must have been about 80 years old because the woman said he's been doing this for 60 years ... he did not handle my car with care. I drive a 2023 Camero the front bumper was scraped underneath and there is many scratches on the bottom driver side near both tires also scratch on my passenger side near my rear view mirror. Very disappointed, especially after requesting the insurance information or any information from the tow yard they denied. They didn't even want to give me the management information and instructed me to come back when the manager came in at one.
