Contacted the appointment # 404-365-0966 as I'm feeling pretty miserable today with flu/covid type of symptoms. My appt was with my Dermatologist and set for 2 pm. I called at 8 am. I explained that I would rather not come to the appt due to getting others sick & could I reschedule. She explained I would be charged the cancellation fee of $25 for the late notice. I asked her if they prefer that I spread germs to innocent bystanders? Even if I were to wear a mask and disinfect my hands, we all know these viruses, Covid, Flu, etc. can easily spread like wildfire. A bit concerning... I think of the people (senior citizens, children, people that are already terminally ill, etc. being there) and me bringing in germs. Yes, I know it's common we pass germs in hospitals, etc. but if we could take into consideration of others, maybe we wouldn't spread it so quickly & effect others, just saying. She never answered the question by the way. Basically they want that $75 copay & do not care that I'm spreading germs or that I feel miserable right now. They're going to make money either way, whether it's my measly $25 cancellation fee or the $75 copay. Very disappointing KP and I didn't realize you were so greedy. Your marketing dept likes to elude that you actually care... Actions speak louder than words right? I care so I'll pay your little $25 cancellation fee to help others out. Shame on you & your unsympathetic policies.

Beware! Michael Imani presents himself as "Dr. Imani, ND," implying medical expertise, but his…read morecredentials are misleading. He claims a Ph.D. in clinical hypnosis from a non-accredited correspondence school and a credential from the non-accredited American Alternative Medical Association Board of Examiners, not a medical or naturopathic degree from a recognized institution. His bio cites post-doctoral studies at the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine and a certificate from Duke Integrative Medicine, which are merely certificates, not advanced degrees. His only verifiable degree is an MBA. He settled a 2014 lawsuit for misrepresenting his credentials and perforating a patient's colon during a colonic irrigation, causing severe injury. His website and LinkedIn show no state-issued medical or naturopathic license, yet he offers colonics, naturopathy, diabetes prevention, hCG weight loss, and food sensitivity testing, deceiving clients about his qualifications. He threatened to share the text thread with my medical history in retaliation for a negative review, a potential HIPAA violation, though he may not be bound by HIPAA as an unlicensed provider. Which explains why he's taking medical information over a non-secure method. While he may not need a license to offer these services, Imani intentionally misleads people by using "Dr." to suggest he is a medical professional.
