One time when I cleaned our kitchen to make it easier for the cleaners, I got a call back from the office later stating that I had hindered the cleaner from doing her work. Mind you I am the client, and I'm in my own home. This was bothersome. Further issues like charging us for last-minute cancellation, then raising the prices significantly once we got a dog claiming that there is dog hair everywhere in the house, which is untrue. Finally The last straw was unfortunately a worker got sick and they had to cancel our appointment the same day. They had no intention of getting us a cleaning before two more weeks past. All in all the company is concerned about themselves more than the clients it seems to us. We cancelled our service today.

They charged me $400 for a basic move-out clean and took advantage of me. When I went to check the rental afterward, I found that they didn't clean the baseboards, windowsills, or walls--things that should have been deep cleaned, especially given the list they provided stating those areas would be cleaned. The only things they actually cleaned were the stove, fridge, bathrooms, kitchen, and they vacuumed. They had two cleaners in there for seven hours. What were they even doing for seven hours? I could've cleaned this myself, one person in four hours, and had it looking spotless. To make matters worse, one of the employees had the nerve to comment on how "disgusting" and "hairy" the place was, which was completely untrue. This was a normal move-out clean for a 1,100 sq ft townhouse, and I was overcharged. I'm just relieved that personal belongings weren't in the home while they were there, because I wouldn't trust these people in my house or anyone else's with personal items. I do not recommend this company at all.

My team had a staffing issue and arrived 75 minutes late. They did call and let me know they'd be late. Once they arrived, we did a walk through before house cleaning began. The housekeepers worked together as a team in each area. They worked efficiently and did not damage anything. They completed the house cleaning in 2 hours. After the team left, I placed items that were moved back to their original places. This was expected and normal. The next day as I looked closer at the completeness and quality of the cleaning, I noticed that my blinds were not dusted, there were many "dust bunnies" left on some parts of the floors and some pieces of furniture. There were streaks on some of the stainless steel appliances. I'd rate the quality as average and compared to my housekeeping slightly below average. The quality could be improved with guidance, from me, over 2 to 3 more cleanings of my home. The price for 4 person hours of work was $80.00; and reasonable.

First bad sign - they did not read the details if my project where I clearly stated this was a hoarder (non biohazard) situation. Second bad sign is they didn't respond back when they said they would. The response was no, they can't do the job after reading the details and looking at pics. Third bad sign is that they called me on labor day, having changed their minds and they had enough people willing to do the job, but they had to do it THAT DAY. I was already questioning their commitment to helping me, so I let them know I would talk to other companies because companies have canceled on me before. They said they wouldn't cancel use "if we say we'll do a job, we actually do it." I said OK, just let me speak to the other company who would be coming to do a visual quote in 3 hours. I gave them my maximum budget, and they said they were OK with what I set. Forth bad sign: I called them back and said I would be willing to work with them. Then they said they would need to come visually inspect to give me a quote, which was weird, because they already agree to the price I set. Final bad sign was that they came to do the visual and barely stepped foot into my house. They looked disgusted, and like they had no intention of doing the job. One of the women said they would step outside to discuss, but I was already prepared for a NO. THEY DROVE OFF INSTEAD OF LETTING ME KNOW WHAT THEY DECIDED. I had to text them and ask "So, you drove away - I'm guessing that's a no?" They immediately messaged back, saying they wouldn't be doing the job. Long story short, they flip-flop, don't keep their word, waste your time, don't pay attention to detail and, in my opinion are dishonest. A simple no, was fully expect and would have been appreciated instead of the run around I got.
