She never did return my call, but did respond a few hours later to a text message. Thankfully, by then LivingSocial had already credited my account from the voucher I had purchased for We Clean Homes. I will find a more reputable service to clean my houses from now on. We Clean Homes cleaned our house today, and also helped us with a move-out cleaning last Fall. They did a spectacular job both times. They are punctual, pleasant, and hard-working . . . unlike so many fly-by-night cleaning "companies" out there! For today's service, we used a Living Social voucher that included three hours of cleaning. She thoroughly scrubbed the kitchen and two baths, dusted, and cleaned all the wood and tile floors; although she didn't make it to another room we wanted serviced, and didn't get around to the vacuuming, the work seemed quite reasonable for three hours' time. I think our magic number will be four. Unlike the regular cleanings, move-out cleanings are scheduled by the hour, $35 for two people or $18-$20 for one. When we moved last fall, we were both working full time and I was just pregnant enough that most smells, including cleaning solutions, made me vomity. We Clean Homes was a godsend. She stayed for over six hours and cleaned everything from the oven to the baseboards to the blades on the ceiling fan. Our landlord loved us. We are really looking forward to bi-weekly, four-hour service going forward (with two full time jobs, furry pets, and a baby on the way, it's a luxury that feels like a necessity!). read more

This was the first time I used this company. The owner actually came to our house to see exactly what we wanted done, and to give us an estimate. The last company gave us an estimate over the phone, and did not do anything they said. WCH sent 2 ladies who did an excellent job. I was so pleased, that I would recommend them to my friends and family. Pricing was fair, and scheduling was easy. I will be using them bi-weekly from now on. I purchased a voucher from living social for this place as a gift to my wife. Both myself and my wife called them multiple times, left messages, and wrote them. We never heard anything back from them. I have called and received a refund from living social, but I found out that those that offer deals on living social get paid once the voucher expires. Ours expired November 2014, we purchased it in May of 2014. These people got paid for work they never did. Very dishonest if you ask me! I wouldn't trust these people to clean my home if they steal money that way. read more

I have been using Daisy Maids for more years than I can count! They are reliable, trust-worthy and do an outstanding job. Over the years, there have been a couple of instances where something has been broken (fridge magnet, figurine) and in both instances, they alerted me about it right away and filed a report with their office. The office got in touch with me to see if I would like the item replaced at their cost. (I did have them replace the figurine but not the fridge magnet). I trust them in my home when I'm not home. They are great with my animals (dog and cat). They are super friendly and easy to work with. I have recommended Daisy Maids to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so! I Received a groupon gift voucher from a friend for (2) two hour man job with We Clean Homes. I called the number to make an appointment, someone picked up and promised to call back. No one ever did. I emailed the email address provided, no reply. I called again, someone hung up. So I gave up. Afer few months I called again trying to make an appointment, she said the groupon voucher has expired. I told her that the amount money paid is never expired. She said it's true and asked me to text her my information so she can call back. I did, and no one replied or called. Very frustrating. I called over 10 times, she kept giving me the run around. Now I have a voucher I can't use that my friend paid $60 for. I don't know why she is such a pain. Very unprofessional. My friend gave me the voucher with the intention to help me out as a single mother with three kids, I need a little help. Their advertisement is all lie! Good luck with them. Cleaners were extremly polite, caring, and professional. The actual cleaning that they did was OUTSTANDING...their prices are excellent. I have a small dog and was prepared to put her in the bedroom and shut the door : they had no problem with letting my dog out and about while they did their work. I really appriciated that. Also, I had to run to the bank while they were still cleaning....I felt very safe and trusted them 110% in my home alone with my dog. For me personally, that says ALOT. I will continue to recommend their services and will for sure use them again!!!! read more

I found scheduling to be very easy. The owner called me back the same day and had a crew available for the date I requested. I was scheduled for a 5 hour deep clean and the cleaning crew far exceeded my expectations. My house was sparkling when they were finished! read more

My husband bought me a living social voucher for three hours of cleaning for my birthday. This is not something I typically pay for so I was super excited. I left a phone message and sent an email and after a few days I got a call back. First, she told me that my voucher was only good for 1.5 hours of cleaning since they were sending two people. Well, ok, fine, although that was not specified when I bought it. Two ladies showed up a half an hour late because they couldn't find my home. I took my kids and left so we wouldn't be in their way. I got back after an hour and a half and they had already left (I wonder when?) ...I had asked that they start with my 3.5 bathrooms and then work on the kitchen as they had time. Well, the bathrooms are clean, pretty much, although not perfectly (they didn't wipe down any walls or anything but they did go through the motions) and as far as I can tell NOTHING else is done. Like they didn't even have the time to pick up a piece of paper on the kitchen floor, let alone wipe down the counter or take out the garbage. I understand that I have a large home (3300 sq feet) and shouldn't expect it all spotless after "three hours' of cleaning but seriously, I could have cleaned my own bathrooms (just one of me) in about an hour. Very disappointed. I would have liked to use these ladies again or recommend them to friends but that won't be happening. I understand that this was a living social deal and perhaps they wouldn't treat me as well as they would regular clients but it's not a very good way to run a business to just do the absolute bare minimum. read more

Most unprofessional service. I called and set up an appointment and then had to reschedule.The lady confirmed the reschedule and then messed it up. So I called again and she messed it up again! Their excuse was someone else took your call. Each time she kept giving me a date 2-3 weeks ahead and if I called to confirm a few days before I was not even on their schedule. There are a lot better services out there-steer clear of these guys. Most disorganized! read more
