No Problem, understandable. During my walk through I noticed the Stone work I paid $6000 for was not installed on the front of the home. When I questioned them they told me since I upgraded the home to a Casita (an apartment instead of a third garage) that they are not installing the stone out front. I asked them to show me ANYWHERE it stated that? They could not. I asked them about refunding my $6000. They said they would not. When I told them I was not going to close, they told me " That's fine, you are not getting your Down payment back and we will see you in court." Also, my interest rate would have gone up a point if I did not close on the actual date. They knew they had me by the balls. I spoke with CC management. When I spoke with the listing agent and LINDA, the woman who I dealt with for all my upgrades they both stated they have never heard of this and this has never happened before. (My guess is they lost a ton of money with delays due to COVID but I am not sure). I spoke with 2 Attorneys who told me it would cost more in legal fees than I would get back so I didn't pursue legal action. BUYER BEWARE....

Months of overflowing garbage dumpster with garbage spilled everywhere. Went on for weeks. Yea 2. Phases completed in October and HOAs are increasing but still no clubhouse, no pool, no workout room. An email went out threatening anyone who uses the pool area. They also said, "we will inform you when it is open." First it was by January, then February and still no word. 3. They used a trailer for their sales room. Now, after months it is gone but the grounds around it have been destroyed. Beautiful palm trees lie on the ground dying because they have been uprooted. What's left is a dirty disgusting mess. 4. Their homes are not high quality. The steps are so awfully and unevenly cut i have to be very cognizant of what I am doing or I will fall. The storage inside a townhouse with no garage is laughable. I have not even lived in a tiny apartment with such a small amount of storage. The awful fences around each yard are ridiculous. They were too cheap to put gates on so to get lawn equipment or anything to the back yard you have to take it through the house. Insulation is my favorite! Pretty much the a/c will run 99% of the time with the thermostat at 75 stopping only momentarily. How you can really tell the inadequacy of it is when it gets cold outside. The house temp drops so fast. In temps of 60's outside the house matched it very quickly in temperature. New development and already having break in attempts and car break ins. Have had occasional gunfire close by and security guard, just sitting there! Parking reinforcement is a joke. They posted a letter threatening tows but people still park in front of fire hydrants every day. The roads are still trashed from construction. Now across the canal is getting demolished for even more homes with more people to squeeze into this area with no changes to the roads in and out. So sad to see the beautiful wildlife leaving.
