After renovating our kitchen and bathrooms we decided to do our floors. We called several flooring companies that either did not return our calls or did not show up to the appointment. After doing a little research and finding good reviews on Miami Construction Brokers I decided to give them a call. The owner Mike picked up as soon as I called, he scheduled the estimate and showed up on time. He told me our 3,500 sqft flooring with new baseboards would be completed in 5 days. I did not think this was possible as we have a two story home and the floor upstairs had to be removed as well as the old base boards. After meeting with two other flooring companies, I decided to hire Mike because he really went out of his way to answer all my questions and was available every time I called him. He made the entire process very stress free which is super important when undergoing any renovations in a home. I mentally prepared myself for the job to be completed in two weeks but to my surprise Mike came through with his word and my entire two story home had new floors and baseboards in 5days. His crew did an amazing job, we are beyond happy with the renovations of our floors. I honestly rarely leave reviews and again this is just the personal experience/opinion of myself, but I had a bad experience with this contractor in regard to the painting aspect. I hired this company for flooring and painting. The flooring came out good but the paint job was a completely different experience. The painters didn't prep the walls correctly or sand correctly and I had 4 different painting companies tell me that the paint job was bad so I had to hire another company to correct the issues from the paint job. I would not recommend this company for a paint job! read more

We recently decided to update our floors. As first time homeowners we bought floors that we loved at a different retailer and had a difficult time finding installers as well as transitions for the floor. After several quotes, most of which did not meet our standards, price point and timeline, Mike and his team were truly able to deliver and exceed our expectations. Not only was he able to custom make stair noses for us, but also, his team was punctual and completed the work within a day. Mike also offered a great (and totally fair) price for installation. He offered his expertise, patiently answered our questions, and was mindful of our budget His team was kind and respectful of our home and worked quickly and efficiently. Throughout the work day they would pick up some of the dust and dirty produced from the installation. I didn't expect them to clean up after the job was completed, but to my surprise they cleaned up after as best as they could. OMG!!!!! I have searched & gotten quotes to replace my laminate floor that was ruined by a delivery company from Lowe's. Quotes, samples, just sense of the people as well. Telling me the job would take 3-5 days or more because of the stairs. I have to say as soon as I got in contact with Mike & just by our initial conversation & him coming to look at the horrible job the Lowe's delivery company tried to fix. I got a great vibe from him. I can't say enough about the excellent workmanship that the flooring installers did laying down new LVP! It was a difficult job, with quite a few angles as well as curved pie shaped stairs. They took their time to make each cut perfect with as little waste as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them for flooring.
